I think this is part of the ROM. If there is no option in settings, change rom

This is awfully unhelpful. This is android. There should be a way to remove this "feature" manually by some file manipulation.
Does anyone know of an ACTUAL answer? (regardless of difficulty. Don't say there's no answer if you think the awnser would be too hard for people to understand.) It would be really great to remove this pointless clutter from my recents screen.
And to luiseteyo, this rom is the ONLY one that works on my device. I would like a way to remove this clutter from the only rom that works on my device.

Hello!
Forgive my newbiness. I'd like to change the default font on my phone (Epic). I know that "Root Tools" can do it, but there's only a handfull to choose from and they're mostly ugly. Can I find a .ttf to my liking, download it, and stick it in a folder and voila! Or is there more to it?
Thanks!
Best of Luck and All,
Reader Mo
You can do it with metamorph, theres a zip file in in the themes section of a mysteryemotionz eclair theme that works. And there is a thread called 200 flashable font packs, that I can confirm works, I am currently using the hand of shaun font and its great.

I have poked around in system root attempting to find the file that triggers the volume warning without any success so I have come here to ask for help. If anyone knows how to disable this annoying warning please tell me. I cant express to you how much this warning bothers me! If you don't know what I'm talking about I have attached a couple of photos

I wish it was more simple !!!
I think reflashing my rom just for the volume warning is a bit too much.... on the other side I tried decompile - recompile but thats too hard for me !!!
Plus I'm on Rogers and its not the same rom...
Also curious to know this as well.
Btw would you mind sharing that wallpaper

Hello everyone, I have a request to throw in there : See, the Android stock keyboard is awesome, but there's one thing that I deeply hate :
THIS

}
This smiley button is overly useless, being un-customizable and replacing the return button (accessible by pressing shift and this).
I don't need smileys at all, so I'd like someone to mod this, it would be REALLY appreciated.
Replacing this smiley button by the return button (creating a new line).
I know that SwiftKey has the same "problem", and I find Smart keyboard Pro to be inferior to the 4.2.2 stock keyboard.
I'll consider donating to the person that can be able to do this, and upload it to the Play Store for everyone to get it.
Because it's a big annoyance to anyone using the stock keyboard.
Thanks in advance,
Demonseye.
(P.S : I know there's another thread about this, but no answers were found.)

Thanks. Though I already found the solution to this, using the mms.apk found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2178697
I thought I posted something here too, since I found the way to do it.
Thanks anyway!
Yeah, that's the one I was referring to..

I recently started using WanamLite/I9505 custom roms and noticed the semi-transparent status bar. I've searched high and low and tried different mods and how-tos and none seem to work. One solution I see is using Nova. Is that the only way to make my bar 100% transparent? I can decompile/recompile my SystemUI.apk, but I can't find any how-tos or guides. I would like to do it this way instead of using Nova. Anyone know if this is possible? If anyone knows what to edit, please tell, thanks.

Hi,
Perhaps posting in that thread and asking the dev for some advice.
The reason I didn't post there is because it looks like a few ppl have been asking what I'm asking and there are no answers. Along with it being off-topic throughout the thread, will give it a go though, thanks for ur advice.
