Greetings..I want to try some xposed mods but before i do i have few noob questions..
1. Does exposed framework have any impact on battery life? or does this depend on the modules??
2. can it be used side by side with another framework like 3minit without conflicting each other?
3. Do all modules add an icon in the app drawer like greenify?? because i like to keep my app drawer on the minimum
4. what if a module messes up my phone like bootloop, anyway to revert back to the condition phone was before such mod messed it up??
Thanks in advance..

1 no
2 yes
3 no
4 yes titanium backup
4) Flash the uninstaller zip, disable module, reinstall Xposed.
Safe mode might also work but I haven't tested it.

Since both mess around with the framework, can I run both at the same time? I wanna run 3Minit settings but then I also wanna run Xposed Installer with Smiley Replacer module and blueglass 3D battery module. Can I do this? Thanks! I like 3Minit better than Nottach module (which is what I originally had installed) because they are the same exact thing, except I don't hafta reboot my phone every time I make a change!

I too was thinking the same thing. i wanted to use some of the Xposed framework changes for s-View thought about just doing a nandroid backup and seeing if it works. can always restore back if there are any issues.

Hi guys,
so, have you tried it? Do they work together? Please share your experience or some advice
thanx!
I run 3minit and Xposed and ICS Theme. I've been using Xblast for Xposed instead of Wanam, had a couple settings that work in it that didn't in Wanam.
After I flash the Rom I flash the theme, then set up 3minit to my liking. Then theme the rest I can with Xblast. No problems.

I have been using pac-roms rom for months but feel it is missing something - the stylus. Any tips on the rom closest to pac-roms excellent work but with stylus support?

Oh I see, can't you put the touchwiz framework files into the ROM then try that way?? Or would the mess up the ROM?
If it was that easy, we would've had CyanoWiz by now ;D !! (so that's a definitive no no)

Well here's a tip
Go take a look at Xposed Framework. (1st hit on google leads to the topic i guess )
With this you can customize any stock rom to it's fullest extent.
Only pre-requisites are Root.
Go install a rom with Note 3 features, remove all the stuff you don't want, install the stuff you want (launchers etc).
Install Xposed Framework !
Install Wanam Xposed (from store or xposed installer) (( 4.3+ roms))
Modules i'm using:
- Advanced Reboot Menu
- All Notifications Expanded
- App Settings (set DPI per app)
- Chrome New Tab (opens up a new tab in chrome, instead of always losing the page you were on) ((when pressing a link outside chrome browser))
- Greenify ("freeze" apps, so they won't use any battery life)
- SwipeBack (just check it out)
- XuiMod (allows you to change pretty much every animation ((apps opening/closing, go to other "page" in an app, toasts etc etc)
There are lots more.

Thanks for this, still love the pac-rom but as stated it does not use the hardware. I will take a look at the Xposed framework although I am a little scared of killing my phone!
If i understand your reply the stock rom is the base then add or remove Xposed on top and play around from here,
@Neal
Exactly that, you can use Xposed to modify any Rom basically :silly:
Hi All,
Today I updated to 4.4.2 on my Note 3 (SM-N900W8) and had to root my phone again. So I'm slowly trying to customize the phone back to the way I had it before, but running into a few issues. I'm stuck trying to hide the Vibrate & Silent icons that show up in the status bar. I remember using a combination of GravityBox and Wanam Xposed to achieve this before, but I can't seem to find it now. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi. As in topic subject. Can somebody tell me how to do it? I got rooted Note 3 got installed xposed tried few modules but none of them succesfully remove that damn icon out of the bar. I tried Wanam, GravityBox andSB Icon hider modules but no success. That damn stock icon is still there. I want to remove it and in it place use other one e.g. gravitybox's circle. All i achieved is to have two icons at a same time - stock and the other added by module by thats not what i want to achieve. HELP !

There are apps on the play store that you can use to achieve the functionality. I personally use the Rebooter app frrom Rom Toolbox pro, its an all in one app that can do lot of things; however if you just want Advanced Power menu, try the below apps. Do remember these apps require Root access; not sure if there is an app that can do this without root !!

Thanks rbhanot2 for reply, I really wanted a mod or patch, normally I use Wanam Xposed but there's no working exposed framework for Samsung . I don't want to use a custom rom either so hopefully something will turn up.
