mine gives a little. Flexing would be to strong of word.

When you bend it or if sitting on table? Might be the notorious battery swell.

Just holding it makes the back creak and moan on my friends and mine creaks with a little stronger grip

Just don't grip it so hard, you might crack the glass in the process.

Ns4g screen

Are all the nexus screens wavy? I know it sounds funny but I noticed this on my phone right after I got it. Only time it's very noticable is when I look at it at an angle...I am not talking about the curve.

Mine looks the same. It drives me crazy when its sitting on my desk. Reminds me if cheap replacement auto glass.

I think it looks that way because of the curve.

Peeling of the sides?

So... Has anyone had problems with the coating peeling off. Like around the power button and such? I never noticed it until I took my case off. It was bubbled up and peeling off. I contacted Google already and they are sending a replacement device. Just wondering if anyone else had a similar issue.
And I posted this in the wrong section, sorry if a mod would be so kind to move it.

Never heard of the sides peeling. That sucks. At least Google is replacing it. Any way you can get a shot of it?

My new one will be here tomorrow. I'll snap some shots of it and post it tomorrow.

Here are some pictures. I have no idea what caused the peeling I'm almost scared to use my tpu case.

I don't think its the heat. When it gets hot its the glass and not the rubber. I think its the case. What case are you using?

Stupid question

The speakers holes+rain...easier to get water damage?
Sent from my HTC One using xda app-developers app
I wouldn't think so as my DHD had holes on the speaker and I have never had the problem. However the holes were a lot smaller but I still highly doubt it.
Well lets hope so eh lol

Gorilla glass 3 sucks big time

I scratched my screen with key(with very little pressure applied) although it's a very thin scratch but I am disappointed with the Gorilla glass 3 they say it is stronger than previous versions gorillas I do not concur. .so my advice to ppl who are using their galaxies without a screen protector should get one ASAP!

Why did you scratch your screen with a key? Your wording made it sound deliberate.
Gorilla glass or not, I had a screen protector on this thing within 5 minutes of taking it out the box and I did exactly the same with my S2. All glass will scratch if you try hard enough or if you're unfortunate enough to have a few grains of sand in your pocket.

I took those Gorilla Glass 3 test reviews for their word for it (-;

Metal does not scratch glass (especially a typical key). It was probably something you had on your key, like a bit of sand or dust. That will scratch any kind of glass no matter what you do to it.

How expensive is the metal frame on this phone

So I dropped my phone (gonna use my case now) and there is some cracks in the metal frame along the side. Is it expensive to fix? Also is there somewhere I can get replacement backs?

It is plastic. Not too expensive. Ebay for both.
