[q] ir blaster app is not installed...help

there is not remote aap in my s4 ...can anyone help how i can install?

As any other app. Use Google Play and search for ir blaster apps.

Try zazaremote app, Anymote or ASmart remote. They work well also in AOSP/CM ROMs

[Q][CM12] Chrome closes by itself while browsing, system out of memory?

2012 Nexus 7 running latest CyanogenMod 12 nightly updated via CyanDelta, root access enabled. TWRP recovery, stock kernel.
While browsing certain heavy websites, Chrome may close by itself, often preceded by heavy lag and unresponsiveness. It seems the system is running out of memory and is invoking the OOM killer—dmesg output confirms that the system sent SIGKILL to Chrome.
Is there something I can do about this issue? How do I prevent this from happening?

Edit: More relevant info: I've also seen the system UI (status bar and soft keys) close and restart on me in similar conditions. Any ideas as to what I can do to reduce this issue? I'm not low on storage space, this seems to be a low RAM problem.

May be a Chrome bug, I'm having the same issues on both my Moto G (1GB RAM) and my N7 (1GB RAM) so maybe an app update will fix it

Not sure this is specific to Chrome, though. As I said, I've seen the whole system UI close on me. Also, the same thing happened while I was using Firefox—the system closed it. From whar I can tell, it's the system closing it, not the app crashing, as I don't get anything like "Unfortunately, Chrome has stopped."

I have the exact same problem with my Nexus 7. It's gotten to the point where I can barely keep Chrome open for more than a few minutes. Same situation with the UI, too. Very frustrating to say the least.

People can't hear me on phone calls. What have I done wrong?

Hello all!
Since I don't use phone call too often i don't know exactly when this started to happen but yerterday my girlfriend tried to call me and she couldn't hear me at all. I tried to call my mother just for test and the same thing happened. The thing is, if I try to call just after a reboot it works great but if I try a second time it doesn't.Also, I never have problem if I call over using whatsapp or try to record my voice so it's not a mic problem.
That being said, I have a Note 4 910C(exynos) , I just rooted my phone, I'm now using DN 5 v0.3, GoogyMax Kernel( was using talexop but changed yesterday trying to solve my problem without success) and started too limitWakelocks/Alarms and freeze apps( everything i limited/froze was based on a tutorial here but I really think I may have frozen/limited something I shouldn't.

I have no idea but I would recommend you to test if the microphone it's working making a record. If it works unfreeze all the apps and test if they can hear you. If it doesn't work disable amplify and test.

Already tried everything you said and still nothing.

No, but you can try. No change after disabling amplify? Do you use disable services? Any other important change?

Nope. If I make a call right after a reboot, it works fine but the second time I try it doens't.
This is what I use with Xposed: AdAway, Amplify, BetterBatteryStats, ChromePie, CrappaLinks, F-Droid, FingerLock, Greenify, Titanium Backup, Youtube AdAway, Youtube Background Playback.

I'm not an specialist, so I'm sorry I can't help you more than that. But for what you say it seems to be a problem caused by amplify (don't think that Greenify can cause this if you don't Greenify any system app). If nothing works I recommend you the obvious solution, factory reset. Or wait the opinion of somebody more experienced. [emoji18]

I was also conviced it was caused by Amplify but I froze it and nothing happened.

You're welcome. I suggest you to try not freezing amplify, I meant disabling it on Xposed. Report. [emoji6]

Ok google and Voice Match don't unlock the phone

Hi, I'd like to use the Voice Match option in Google Assistant in order to unlock the phone and directly use voice commands (such as "call XX"), but when I say "Ok Google" the phone shows the pattern lock, so Voice Match is useless... How could I "fix" it?

Waze in Android auto is not working currectly

When using waze, it detects where i am when i start, but it just stays there, even if i drive.
Google maps does work. any idea on how to solve this?
Phone: Mi 9t Android 10 MIUI 11.

Just allow waze to use as many battery as it wants... Application, waze, battery usage, no restriction

already did, as i read to do it in the internet. still not working

Was able to fix this by disabling battery optimizations to waze, android auto, and google play services.

Have Mi note 10 lite and MIUI 12.0.1. version, Waze starts, shows the road, but does not move later. Disabled battery optimization to waze, Android auto and google services, but still does not work. Strange enough, google maps work anyway. Any other suggestions?

I also set GPS everytime with waze not only when active.

When installed Waze again, got an option set GPS while using or deny. No other options available.
