Hey there,
I rooted my Note today and now I have access to my Root Explorer and I can finally delete some Samsung APK.
Which one are safe to remove? Only thing I want to keep is the S-pen functionality, all other crap I won't use.
Do I just freeze them 1 by 1 until I see a bug?

You answered your question with your last question.
Bloatware varies by carrier so you need to tell us which model you have. If you are in the US then no one has it here yet.
Kindly let us know what works for you and what doesn't. It might help some of the uninitiated (like me).

Unlocked version so the standard bloatware from Samsung.

I thought verizon was supposed to be allowing free tethering on 4G phones after the FCC came after them. One thing you can try is bluetooth tethering, not as good as wifi tethering and it may not work on all devices but at least verizon doesn't block it.
The first rooted tether app still works

Which app is that?
How does this belong in the hardware hacking forum in any way, shape, or form?
(I would have reported it but the 60 second report throttle got in the way... This forum is full of stuff that should not be here.)
Since I opened and set-up Samsung Link, its always been the 1st of second reason of battery drain. I'm not sure why. I dont even use it. I know freezing it would be the simplest solution, but i like to know why it does that and not just skip to the easiest solution.
Anybody have this issue?

I use Link regularly and don't have this problem. The only thing I can think of looking through the settings is auto upload. I have it turned off. Might be possible it is turned on, on your device. If not then I am not sure either.

i checked that before. Also i cant greenify it because its a system app. If this continues, i'll have to freeze it
Haven't seen this posted yet. Open camera and on left side click arrow.
Many effects plus at bottom click get more and takes u to Samsung store with more free effects. Here are a few I downloaded.
Camera software is getting more impressive, used to have to download other cam apps to get all the features that samsung put in this badass Note 3

Do you happen to know if those effects are downloaded as apk etc. I have Samsung store disabled, It would be nice to get effects with out signing up. It's rooted of course.

We have loki which allows us to flash recovery, roms, and kerenels. Unlocking, as far as I know, isnt really necessary.
I am new yo android. Can you please explain what a bootloader is and reasons in general to unlocking it?
Thanks

Being new, I'm going to tell you that if you keep asking these kinds of questions without doing a Google search first, you're going to need to put this on in here...

I build a new rom but need testers please pm me
STOCK BASE ROM NO KNOX WITH A FEW TWEAKS
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0VaOIBC9gcRUTcxNDBVM3QtYk0/edit?usp=sharing
how about a little more info ?
I see a boot image in your rom.
my understanding is that is not needed with a locked bootloader and safestrap ?
I could be wrong
I'll gladly test out your Rom...Once you provide some more information and screenshot... testing is great ...Being a Guinea pig left completely in the dark, with nothing but a link to a gig or more file, is a bit shady.... Especially for a device like att note 3 which cannot use aroma, and has enforced selinux.
Mega
I wouldn't test anything. ..be careful. .lol
Many ROM
Few Tweaks
Little Knox
Such test
