Optical Reader - Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello friends!!
In csc Spanish (PHE) I do not have qualified Optical Reader.
I have tried to sign and to reinstate SamsungOCR2.apk and is opened but... I believe that it closer by Knox or another security level.
Could somebody help me?

I bought a smart project 2 and received the Chinese Version, but i live in Brazil and this version doesn't work for me.
