My free £15 credit that I received when I bought a release day Nexus 7 from last year is about to expire so I need to use up the credit.
Can anyone recommend some nice Nexus 10 specific apps?
No games please.
Cheers.

Hmm... I really like those:
- CompleteLinuxInstaller
- Tapatalk HD
- AutoDesk SketchBook
- EzPDFReader
- Poweramp
- TuneInRadio Pro
None is specifically for Nexus 10, but they are all nice apps that I find pretty useful

I don't know if you are rooted but some awesome root apps:
Gmd gesture control
Titanium backup pro
Trickster mod donate
SD maid unlocker
And a non root app from the aospa devs: wrotatr. It changes your background after a selected interval with selected pictures.

I prefer Boid because it uses a nice looking holo theme and has the smoothest scrolling of any Twitter app I have tried. A close second would be Plume.
Falcon pro, trust me, best twitter app EVER. Awesome Holo interface, fluid and every feature you can think of is there. And its free.

I have been bouncing between tweetcaster pro and plume and like them both.

Falcon pro is really nice in don't have much opinion because I use. Twiter more like a news feed and not a social platform

I agree with Falcon pro, and easily my favorite, and just seems the most fluid, clean, and just beautiful.

Plume is a personal favorite. Multiple column in landscape is perfect for tablets. Always a solid experience for me, but I'm not really a "power" user. From what I've seen, a frequently updated app. Awesome on the phone as well.

Flipboard. Simple and clean design. One app for all news and updates.

I like Tweetcaster Pro myself but you have to pay for it. Try the free version and see if you like it...

Should switch to flipboard really.

Just installed Flipboard on my N7. Very nice way to view my twitter feed. Thanks for the tip!
twitter official app is the best
+1 for Falcon Pro, it's the only client that doesn't feel cheap to me... (Scrolling, and the UI in general)

Be very very careful sideloading anything from unknown sources. Have you checked American Express' website? Legit apps from businesses will more often than not be posted on their websites.
I am interested in finding this out as well. I want to use apps like ESPN scorecenter, nfl 12, and Conan tablet app.

Just use your phone to download the app back it up and transfer the apk to your tablet and install it here is a guide

That works nicely, thanks. But what about apps for which I do not have a compatible device to source from? I assume I am sol unless someone else posts the apk?

Do a Google search a lot of companies post the apk's on their website

There is many devs here. Is there any possible way to run game named Auralux on nexus 4? Maybe some trick can make it install on this phone. I love this game alot and i want it on nexus badly. I try to search solution on xda but all i found is chainfire3d which cannot be installed on JB. My previous phone was Galaxy R.

I've had my nexus 7 for a while now, and I want to take notes on it for class. I am in high school. My uses an app called "good notes" on his iPad, and I was wondering if any of you know of any apps I could use for class.

ColorNote
ColorNote is real nice and easy to use and sync's between my phone and tablet.
I'm loving it!
Take a look at Catch Notes - http://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.threebanana.notes&hl=en.
You can 'link' it to your Googlemail/Gmail account... and any 'notes' thus created will be synced across all your Android devices.

U got to search for 1 and 2 but I didn't find CD.
Sent from my Nexus 7 using xda app-developers app
Are they HD? it should be obvious from the size of the apk if not from game play.

You could sideload RetroArch
Two actually says HD.

Is the performance jump from the standard version of 1 significant enough to sacrifice the storage space. I'm curious because I have the original, CD and both 4 installed via Amazon apps but am considering the upgrade.

If u are real pressed for space no but to be able to play with a controller makes it feel like play the first sonic games when I was a kid. So if your a real hardcore sonic fan yes otherwise wait until they let you use a USB stick for more space.
