our broadcomm nfc chip dosent support milfare classic. same for galaxy s4 international.(if i remember is bcm2533)

Yes, a vague question. If you're meaning the Google Experience Launcher, yes you can. You can even do it without root. If rooted, install CM 11- comes with the N5 launcher.
