I don't know but you want to use a framework-res.apk from a Samsung Note? You do understand not only that framework-res.apk is for another device, its for a modded framework of a rom for another device. Unless you want to crack open the apk and look at the code/images but even the images wouldn't work I think. Update.zip won't help you, needs to be properly ported.
Cheers

I am no themer or dev. So I don't know. I've never really looked much in to the xml files in the apk either so I wouldn't know. Everything can be ported with enough knowledge, patience and time

Transition animations for example between apps, when lock screen is opened and so on! Youtube -> /watch?v=5im5VxclHCw <- this video explains it better than me!

Is this compatible for galaxy y it is in
Samsung Galaxy S Advance I9070 > Galaxy S Advance I9070 General > (Shutdown Animation) QMG file creation.
Will this work for galaxy y?
If it uses Samsung's .qmg file type it should work. Make a nandroid and try.

You can't extract .qmg files.
because it contains these formats below:
.jpg/.png/.gif
(will work if you use 2.1% of your brain)

afaik only bootanimation is .qmg, but boot logo is not, or is it?
This post maybe a bit old, but I thought, what the heck...
Anyway, it's said that editing/modifying a .qmg file si not possible for the simple user folk,
but creating a new one is.
Here is a How to:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2217795
you can use the samsung theme designer to make a new .qmg file. you can not "Edit" a .qmg file for the boot logo, you have to make them for it to work.
Anyone know how to change the verizon logo screen which comes right after the samsung logo screen?
I want to change that to stock samsung power on screen.
Does anyone have the necessary files required for this?

Are you referring to the bootanimation screen? The red verizon animation? If so.. read through this thread. Lots of animations there.

I've not browsed through all of them. Give me a few and I'll get the stock Samsung animation uploaded for you. Is your device rooted with Safestrap?
Here is a zip I made a while back with instructions on what needs to be done. Use the thread Bigbot linked for the animations.

I didn't flash that with safestap.
I just extracted these two files from the .zip you provided.
1) bootsamsung.qmg
2) bootsamsungloop.qmg
and paste them in the system/media folder, set permissions correctly and rebooted.
voila! Samsung Default Animations are acheived !! T
I've noticed not alot of custom boot animations have really been posted so here, gonna start it off with a flashable zip for the original boot.
If anyone is wondering, the boot animation is stored in /system/customize/resources and here is a guide to start you off = Click Here for the XDA Guide by <JohnCarter>
More to come... (I'll be taking from other threads and just converting them to flashables or I'll just share the compatible ones will definitely give creds)

Ok cool. I am looking for the Sunshine app now so I can get on Viper as it is. This is by far the longest I waited to get on ViperROM. My previous 6 HTCs were switched the day it was posted...lol
