Haven't we been here before?
Surely it would be 4.3.0.....but let's wait and see like always.
Wishing doesn't make it so. ....unfortunately.

Odd how they blurred out the only information (kernel) that cant be changed by any rooted user in the build prop.

Really? I'm running 4.3 on my phone and it doesn't say 4.3.0, just 4.3. It's not a Samsung, though.

Calm down, I was telling the OP that this forum has nothing to do with the i9070, and to be honest I don't give a damn if there is no i9070 forum. The OP should request one then.

Here the proof
don't think there any links for it yet so ya gonna have use kies to update, if your rooting then i don't think this new update will work on your phone as the only way to update the galaxy S3 is by Kies as Samsung doesn't allow updating by other means because it bookloading is locked.

This is not the way to report something. The report button is there for a reason. Thanks for your coperation.
I have a much simpler and hassle free root method. Is anyone willing to test?
It doesn't involve flashing kernels or roms via odin or dumping images via adb.
So anyone willing to test?

Does it work?! Does it increase flash counter? Does it modify device status? Does it work on 4.1.1 or only 4.1.2? Uhmm.... so many questions
might try this...lose my root and cwm recovery after updating firmware....
I don't think it increase your binary count.
Sent from my GT-I8190 using xda premium
Question
Anybody tried?
BTW how to check the binary counter state? What is the original value of the counter? How can I check whether it is changed?
All right ....it worked I will give a full step by step how to root with pic and details today

update
his is the email I received today. I never asked about any update so not sure what this means...
Dear Darcy,
Thank you for contacting Sony Xperia™ Online Support.
We apologize for the delay in this response. In regard to your inquiry, the Sony Xperia™ Z1S has not been discontinued. We need to inform you the update for your Xperia™ device was release but as to avoid our servers overloading and crashing from millions of people updating at the same time, we have place schedules for the phone to be updated in batches. Please keep in mind that the availability of the update is dependant on IMEI number, region and service provider (if the phone is branded) - you will receive a message on your phone stating that the update is available and that you can update the phone by connecting it to the PC Companion.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.
Thanks again!
For some reason I thought this was the 4.4 tft, it's just the stock one for reflashing before updating.
Thanks!
I won't restore to stock until KitKat really arrives, I already have the stock image downloaded and prepared for download though lol
