Hi everyone. As the title says, will the s3 lte i9305 lcd will work on my s3 i9300? I took the plunge in a hurry and bought one off ebay for £50 as a screen replacement for my s3 i9300 and they look exactly the same. Any feedback would be great. Many thanks.
Wrong thead dude. This is the Note 3 thread. Yur looking for the galaxy S III one. To try to answer yur question though sometimes they dont work because of different antenna placements.

S3 has LCD? It has AMOLED.
BTW I think the screen would work just fine.

HI im thinking of selling my e300s Galaxy S4, ive only owned it for 3 weeks, What it comes with 2 Official Samsung batteries, Official Galaxy S4 Spare Battery Charging System, Phone is boxed, the charging system still has the factory stickers on it, Headphones, USB Cable Official Samsung Korean 2-Pin charger, still have factory seals on em, And the phone it self has all the stickers around the trim expect for the bottom bit that sticker got peeled away the phone is mint, honestly you can pass it off as brand new...

I bought a used Sprint Samsung Galaxy S4 and need to replace the screen. Removing the battery, I see that it is an SPH-L720. Is that enough to tell me which replacement screen to buy?
I see this one on eBay: here
It says it is for "Samsung Galaxy S4 SIV GT-i9500". is that what I need?

Hey guys, a buddy of mine bought a Rose Gold Note 3 while he was in Korea and now is selling it. I am thinking about buying it off of him even though it is not compatible with LTE here in Canada.
My main concern though is if the phone can be rooted and if there is a variety of Roms that can be put on it. I base my buying decision on this with every phone I get.
Is this phone considered different to the development community than say an American Note 3? Will this cause a seperation in the Rom development?
The phone runs a Snapdragon 800 and not the Exynos.

Take a look here if you want it rooted/custom ROM'd/modded. This is the main thread for Korean Note 3s. I'm pretty sure if he didn't update it often you can still use towelroot.

For all who got experience and information about digitizera and screen especially for Galaxy S4
I got a SPRINT Galaxy S4 which unfortunately i cracked its screen and got confused about what is compatible and what is not in terms of cable length or any other compatible parts , fitting correctly etc..
So my question is
Does this phone requires only Sprint Galaxy s4 screen and digitizer or any common galaxy s4 screen can be replaced ?
Any further information can really help.
Please help, googled it but have not got a crystal clear answer, so i refered to XDA forums
( what i mean by screen is: digitizer + outer screen)

For me, it would work if you got any US variant version of the part, I have replaced my tmobile variant screen with a at&t part, but if you cant find the US version of the part, try finding the i9505 parts, that model mirrors the US variant of the phone

I have no heard if anyone has tried with different variant parts on a sprint s4, i would recommend asking some local phone shops or doing some research on google for the answer.

I have a samsung galaxy s2 and it is dead
My friend is also having s2 but his screen is broken but board is in working condition
Can i just simply swap the board to my s2??
And both are factory unlocked

Should work.
it will definately work if you have the same model number of galaxy s2... just replace the board carefully and take care of the digitizer assembly while doing it
