How to root stock 4.3?

how can i root the official 4.3? i tried the superSU zip didn't work.

yeah that's what i did

does this work? SuperSU-JWR66N-S005-130625-1.41.zip
it is working with 4.3 leak

It works for me.
Factory.Img flashed. JWR66V
TWRP 2.5.0.0 or Higher

is it possible? because i cant seem to find anything online..
im currently on 4.2.2 should i stick to it?
and if I will root can i reverse back to pure stock so it will say UNROOTED in download mode?

i did but it says that if you are rooting 4.4.2 it will not back them up my question is if the rooting process can damage the EFS

Back up EFS before flashing 4.4.2 - it puts 2 files on the SD Card. Or use TWRP to back up EFS whilst on JB.

So, I will:
1 Flash newest Rom with Odin
2 Flash old bootloader with Odin
3 and last, Flash original root file with Odin also?

Can i update safely if i have my device rooted using the elite kernel?
