Nexus⁴ PAC 360° Productions

Jason, I was thinking, how about the ATT Captivate 4.3 GPS files.I know Slim has a mature build already and the cappy is USA based configurations. Just my 2¢. I can ask PRB for it since he owns one....Lemme know on Hangouts!

The cappy files are exactly the same as the I9000. There should be a way to get it working with the right combo of available files.

[Q] how do you change the color/images of soft keys?

Hey I have the cm10 nightly rom and i was wondering if there was any way to change the color or images of the soft keys to something different.

You can do it by replacing the images in the systemui.apk or might be able to do it through a theme as well.

P.S. you could also just flash aokp and it should be in settings.

[Q] Want to downgrade to 4.1?

Currently running 4.2.1 and very pleased with it. But occasionally need to run an app. that no longer works on 4.2. But it does work on 4.1.
Was thinking I'd like to be able to flash a 4.1 ROM when I want. Is that possible; if so which ROM please, a CM ROM would be great?
Sent from my Nexus 4 using xda premium
Can't, 4.1 was never released on the nexus4.
You're better off contacting that developer and time to upgrade

There will never be a downgrade to a firmware that was never on the device in the first place. The N4 was released with 4.2, and no developer will create a 4.1 ROM for it

Shame, but I had expected that would be the answer
It's the MM Tracker application that is stuck only working on 4.1. Sadly the developer has had some hassle and isn't permitted to update anymore. Something in 4.2 broke it.

He posted the other day he was working on toggles so...
I think he made this post just because he hasn't posted an unofficial build since late Jan. Roman is still working on aokp, just be patient.
That's great news, I'd never be able to find the source that said he wasn't building any more but I might be mistaken. I've been using Steve's builds more recently.
Thanks for the replies though folks

Compilation Roms

Hey folks, when I was on the T989 GSII there was a group of awesome developers called All Star Developers that did a couple compilation ROMS meaning (CM, PA, AOKP) I looked through the development threads and didn't see anything quite like it. At least not anything that specifically states it's a compilation ROM. Am I missing anything? Or do we just kinda lack that style of ROM on the Nexus 4? If indeed we do have, what would you consider to be the most stable one?

With all due respect, you should go to the development section, find the ROM you're interested it, and start reading, rather than relying on someone explaining it all to you. All the info is there.
