Need a help with sms/mms apk from cm to stock lg l5 phone, i copy it but i have communicate "sms/mms has stoped" how to convert sms/mms.apk from cm to stock, its awesome and better than stock
How to run it on stock 4.1.2 ?

if you have root, go to your explorer, and go system/app, and copy there the apk
what cm you need? cm 10? or10.1/10.2, i can give you the apk
I need mms.apk from cm10.1 or 10.2, and i need to know how to run it, because i copy it to /system/app and i am try to run it and i have a message "sms/mms.apk has stoped" so whats is wrong ? I get permision 644 rw-r- ?

10.1 or 10.2, because you cannot use 4.3 apk on 4.2.2, i tried, and got your error, need to be 4.1.2 on 4.1.2, 4.2.2 on 4.2.2 and 4.3 on 4.3, so tell me what android are you using so i can give you the good apk
I am using 4.1.2 Android jelly bean, eg rooted v20G

this was form CM10, based on 4.1.2... i can give from 4.2.2 and 4.3 you can try, you want them?

I flashed and installed the latest CM Build and flashed enoch over it. Everything went smooth except one thing...I don't have the Android Market!!!
I searched everywhere and tried all the methods and I just can't do it. Can someone please tell me how to do it by adb or terminal?
Download links to the Vending.apk and Marketupdater.apk will be good since I pulled my .apk from the defang base for CM.

Hey guys has the title say, iam looking for a patch that put the background of SMS the same as CyanogenMod 7.2.0 (Black Background)
i dont want any Handcent SMS, i want the normal SMS but with the black background, simple as that...

Have you tried downloading any CM7 ROM and installing the MMS.apk on your ROM to see if it works?

edit: i founded but the deal now is, i put him the mms.apk in the root of my sd card and he dont appear but in the pc he is there... can someone help me ?

i have installed the mms.apk then after that when i try to go settings or other thing it say that Mensage as stoped working ... so any other ideas ?

You need to replace the Mms.apk of your ROM.
You need to copy the CM7 Mms.apk to /system/app and reboot your phone.
Use root explorer or another file explorer with root permissions to do that.

Would also like to know this.
You should be able to.. Grab the latest nightly ROM and extract the system/app/Mms.apk and copy it to your phones system/app and fix permissions. Make sure to replace it with the same name and remove the Mms.odex file as well..

What's the point in replacing a app in /system/app when it's going to not make you able to flash or update via ota? Just flash cm10.1 and make your life easier. You're already half way there with root.

This works great on my nexus 4. I did have to flash a stock deodex ROM though.

Hello guys
I have a LG G2 (D805) and I have in it the G-Flex rom, the rom is amazing, the best i have try.
But, i think is a limitation of the D802, the rom don't have the FM radio.
I have a backup of the stock apk on titanium, but i can't restore.
I tried to put the apk and odex in system/app, but no sucess.
With this in hand, someone have a idea how restore this odex apk?

I am on newest Mahdi build (the build before the are now same problem) KitKat 4.4.2
I am using the stock camera which came with ROM. I am on hells 44t3

Make a nandroid flash back to stock and see if it happens
If it doesn't you know the phone is fine
I dont want to flash the whole system new
When device is plugged in for loading the battery the function with flash works fine.

Well if you're not willing to trouble shoot. How do you expect to fix it?
Yeah i know what you mean I hoped it could be fixed without flash all new
1. Make Nandroid and Back up with Titanium or whatever you use
2. Flash a stock or different custom kernel...but I'd try stock 1st
3. Flash back to stock to rule out hardware.
4. Try a different Camera App
5. Try a different ROM
