Hey try to wipe cache on your phone.
Regarding to install Copy into Linux (Debian and Debian based OS - my case) do the following:
1- Download Copy from website copy.com
2- extract it contents
$tar -xvf copy_[hit tab]
3- move it to /opt/ folder
$sudo mv copy/ /opt/copy
4- Optional - I like to download a icon too.
https://www.copy.com/include/images/images-std/about-copycrane.png?v=jenkins-Copy_Web_Production-312
download it and copy it to /opt/copy/, change its name to logo.png
5- Create a ln for use a command:
For 32bit users
$sudo ln -s /opt/copy/x86/CopyAgent /usr/bin/copy_agent
for 64bit users
$sudo ln -s /opt/copy/x86_64/CopyAgent /usr/bin/copy_agent
6- create links
$sudo gedit /usr/share/applications/copy.desktop
And put this content on it:
[Desktop Entry]
Name=Copy
GenericName=File Synchronizer
Comment=Sync your files across computers and to the web
Exec=copy_agent
Terminal=false
Type=Application
Icon=/opt/copy/logo.png
Categories=Network;FileTransfer;
StartupNotify=false
Now its just insert the copy_agent command on your startup applications.
Proceed the following:
$sudo nano /etc/rc.local
type in it before the exit 0:
copy_agent
Done
Have fun!

Bud, just go straight and forward to your recovery TWRP or CWM and proceed a cache wipe, it will probably fix the FC.
FYI I never faced such problem, furthermore the copy app eats almost nothing of memory if compared with dropbox.

Chill out.. why are you so angry?
There is much more things to worry about than with this.. "no sense" thing. Actually, I think that "no sense" is this discussion and commentaries you did. Just report to the moderator and done.. we are not judges here to judge someone.
I am not telling he is right, but, ops, he helped that guy who asked first! Including me! Yes, it was a referral link.. it's not correct. But who is perfect?! Who never fails in your own ways? You? For sure I don't.
For this reason.. chill out.. our president is doing much more f**** wrong things.. with this we should worry and get angry about..
And yes, these all things are wrong.. but what don't worth is to blamming someone for helping others like me. And as I told you before.. I don't have 1% in my thanks meter than he has.. so I cannot talk to much about him.. I don't help too many like him.. and about you? And oh, I am not his personal friend.. I am just thankful for his collaboration and help.
Again, my 2 cents. Oh, and please, since as someone asked the moderator to remove the link, btw thanks to Moderator for that, so please stop this discussion about this.
Going back to the TOPIC now:
I don't know how to include this service on my start up. Anyone can help please? And I did a wipe cache but now good results..
Thanks

thanks for nothing.
How 'bout telling him what it does, instead of just putting him down and calling him a noob?
@lpachuong, there's nothing we can do with it -yet-, since we have no way to re-encrypt them. It's possible we could do something like build a system.img and flash it with dd, though for now it's only good for poking around in the images.

Of course it's no problem to answer 1 or 2 questions - but there are many questions and lots of them do repeat.

It looked to me like he had read it, and didn't understand it, possibly to a language barrior.
Also, saying that it's not useful to him (in a polite way) is a lot better than saying that he's a noob and has no business working with it, and would have taken just as long to type. There's a point where he's just being rude to be rude. :|

Sorry, it's not. This info is available right here in this forum. All you have to do is look.
There is a difference between a noob and a newb. Right now all I see is a newb asking for information that can be freely found if one spends some time looking for it.
If you notice, the OP has helped quite a few people with legitimate questions and/or concerns.
Thank you for your understanding. But I should apologize for causing the troubles. I didn't know what the purpose of decrypting the zip file was, when there is no further step after that.
I guess I will be just more patient and wait until we can get access to the recovery mode. I just can't stand it when Acer has no update in Australia. I messed with dd the system and flex img before as well. Hopefully during this time, OP or someone else will come up with something that can re-encrypt it. I saw the chinese update.zip used signapk to pack the package but I failed to do so.
I don't mind being called noob =) People usually call me nerd so it sounds good to be called noob sometimes =D

Hello Nookers,
Remember that Sense 3.0 Port for Nook Project a long time ago? Well, the thread got closed because there wasn't a full product ready.
I'm almost done with my first working Sense Port, but I just need one more thing. First, lemme explain. These apps fail to works because the dump I used was an EVO View 4G dump, not the Wifi-Flyer's dump. So I have now managed to get a hold of a Deodexed Flyer RUU. I have extracted the ROM.zip containing system.img, data.img, etc. What I need now is a way to extract files from those. I have access to a Mac and PC but if ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY I will install Linux.
Thanks,
King Black Bomb.
Moo
if they are img files you can use IM disk to mount the img file on your PC. then you can access them and remove the files that you need to remove.
Dude, before you got banned two weeks ago, you said this would be done in 4 days, and you are still working on it? This is why you are not considered a credible developer.
You can use winimage to extract img files.

As I agree with the user above about your lack of credibility I'll add some info here for you to try to achieve your task. Attached is the program I use to extract images. ALL YOU DO IS DROP THE IMG FILE ON THE EXE AND IT WILL EXTRACT.
Yes, I did say that, and it was a mistake on my part I thought I would have found the program by then. Turns out a didn't. @xboxexpert I have tried unyaffs it does not work on either Mac or Windows. WinImage? It doesn't work. For some reason it seems encrypted. Same for IMDisk.

You really need to read his old thread to understand -- in it, I was one of the only members trying to help him... at first. He proceeded to dismiss everyone's guidance -- consistently claiming to know better -- and continued to lie about "progress" for weeks. The extent of his "development" was copying and pasting the Sense apk's into /system... seriously.
There's history here with this clown, so please save your judgments for someone else...
You can try DiskInternals Linux Reader:
http://www.diskinternals.com/linux-reader/
OK, so you need to extract system.img files. You don't have to install Linux, you can run it from a Live CD. And mount loop the .img file to a folder on your system.
Mind PM'ing me a link to the download so I can do so for you? Then you can go ahead and do the port as you would say?

To everyone who says I'm not a dev:
I have been making progress, because at first it was complaining about audio drivers, then files in /system/etc, and it kept on going. Finally, and i THINK this is the last step, is to push Wifi-Only frameworks, apks, and the /system/etc folder.
@racks11479 thanks, but I'll only tell others to do my work if I can't. But again thanks for offering.

Root your phone without unlocking the bootloader. How? A new application called UnlockRoot does it all for you! Literally, all you need to do is download the UnlockRoot.exe, run it and enjoy your new rooted device. I can confirm that it is 100% working and took about 2 minutes from start to finish.
All you have to do is connect to your computer, enable USB debugging which is accessible through Settings>applications>devlopment>USB debugging
open UnlockRoot.exe and click root, after that it should take the comp. 1 min tounlock then 1 min to reboot then voila you have it rooted! You will then see the superuser app inside your app drawer. I recommend you to download busybox and titanium backup to have full control on your device. I've just rooted my xperia play and my wife's arc s using method. Both of them are running v2.3.4 so this should work on lower versions.
If there will be an instance wherein your device didn't reboot automatically,manually restart your device.

First of all that is not my site and i'm not a spammer. I only posted this method in two different forums,the other one is in the android general hacking tips. The only reason why i mentioned the site is because i'm having problems uploading the unlockroot.exe launcher in this thread. As you can see,i'm only a new member and i don't usually start threads. I'm just trying to help because i had a lot of frustrations using other rooting methods. I have a descent job and i'm not gonna benefit in spamming so don't accuse me. I just felt very excited to share this method as this worked like a charm for my xperia play. I'm not forcing you to try this so ban me if you feel like doing so.

No, offense, but if you post directly to their home site, it makes it seem a lot more legit than just posting a link to your download account.

Sorry bro but i already did that when i started this thread. I just edited my post because that d31boy guy is accussing me of being a spammer and just promoting that site.
When I see a brand new poster posting a link to relatively unknown website for use of an unknown exe file, it's hard not to be suspicious. I mean, you obviously know the benefits of root and you know your way around this site. The site has absolutely no mention of how the root is applied (which isn't your fault provided you don't have an affiliation to the site ). It's a pretty big leap of faith.
However, I may have jumped in a bit too quick on this one. It would have been better just to report the post and allow a mod to make a more informed decision. For that, I apologise.
All this method is, is the zergRush method with a different name...
Here's what I did (quick run thought of what i did, attached screenshot for reference)
Downloaded it from the OP's post (http://unlockroot.com was running at 2000BYTES/SEC)
Installed it on my XP partition
rebooted, went to my linux partition
Mounted XP Partition
went to \Program Files\Unlockroot\tools\
Copied rootutility to /home/myusername/
adb shell rm -r /data/local/tmp
adb shell mkdir /data/local/tmp
adb push rootutility /data/local/tmp
adb shell chmod 755 /data/local/tmp/rootutility
adb shell /data/local/rootutility

not possible.
manual push into the system/app , doesn't change anything .
manual push into the system/priv-app gives more errors, of system ui, and more framework errors

You missed the part when he offered me to port my own work to the next firmware fnh2. So rewind a little who's the owner of this project?? this sucks, now I'm feeling bad. he pointed me to the right direction, but later or earlier I'm gonna fix it. I have a great helper group on whatsapp. he's not part of my team, this is my work. Show respect!

since when a user you don't even know at all, it's not part of your team, a totally stranger come to you saying hey I can port your work to fnh2 firmware if you want?
can we call this...KANG YOUR WORK? yes!
In all the cases the one who have to upgrade the rom to next firmware is me, not you. You're not the developer not even participate at all not contribute in anything, I don't even know you.
Go and say that to DN3 team, they're gonna get you out in a very bad way. Kanging work from other is a fault of respect at all. That's why I report you to moderators.
Edit:
And even worstly, first of all before create a thread offering some "helping" you should first pm me, not create a thread to call all of my users atention, that's a fault of respect too.
I think this kind of thing is really bad.

Dude you don't get it? right?
Thread closed and file removed. Please do not take fixes from developers without having express permission from the developer - as outlined by XDA forum rule 12:
12. Using the work of others.
If you are developing something that is based on the work of another Member, you MUST first seek their permission and you must give credit to the member whose work you used. If a dispute occurs about who developed / created a piece of work, first try to settle the matter by private message and NOT in open forum. If this fails, you may then contact a Moderator and provide clear evidence that the work was created by you.
Convincing evidence will result in the copied work being removed. If there is no clear evidence that it was you who created the work, then in the spirit of sharing, all work will remain posted on the forums.
As an addition, developers have the right to hold exclusivity over their work for as long as it is deemed necessary by that developer. However, if the work is claimed as exclusive, it must remain as such. No selective sharing will be allowed (ie, allowing certain people to use it and not others). Should the developer decide to start sharing the work with others, the work automatically becomes fair game for all to use, albeit with the relative credit displayed.
In regard to permissions, the same rules apply for this but if permission was already given and unless there is a very valid reason, it cannot be revoked (same applies to major updates on the work). Under that same premise, permissions cannot be denied unless the work is exclusive or under extreme circumstances.
In plain English: If you want to keep your work exclusive, go for it. However, if you are going to share your work, do it fairly.
These rules apply to all software posted on XDA (including but not limited to ROMs, RUUs, apps, games, kernels, themes, icons, etc) unless that software comes with a license that waives these rules.
i see there are no SM-T3300NU roms but i did make one in (Cygwin) kitchen on windows 7 ultimate 64bit but i'm still scared to flash it because it is my first rom ive made and i just bought this device and its sooo cool im trying to reach out to others and get some advice on what i should do to see if this rom works or if someone like to try it.
It is a pre-rooted rom with busybox and i made it from the devices firmware (NK1) im also reaching out to devs too because im trying to learn to make roms and apps and i think im doing a great job so far but i guess i need a bit of a push perhaps a mentor or tutor of some sort please if you have any input or help for what im doing here please leave a comment in this tread TY in advance
============================================================================================================================
I just realized i put this in the wrong area i meant to put it in the general discussion area and im not sure how to delete it from here so i can move it to the right place if someone can let me know that too that would be great ty and sorry.

I forget exactly what the bootloader file was called but your zipped rom should contain boot.img and a few folders like system, bla bla bla. To make sure, be sure that in your updater script, contains the correct mounting points/partition points so the zip rom can flash the stuff into the right areas. As long none of those mounting/partition stuff isn't leading to the bootloader. I would ask an Dev regarding those mounting points. I assume you ran this through a kitchen correct?

upload it so we can test it
if you wanna help lol
Dude..., Dude ?!? Dude ?!?!?!?!
sm-t330nu bootloader is @
/dev/block/mmcblk0p3 sbl1
[i think] xD
there is no way you could possibly overwrite that with any rom build/mod , unless of course you are
a world class dummy. And since there are no dummies anywhere on XDA [ ... EVER !!! ] :silly:
There's no need to worry right ?????????

M,
create an account at androidfilehost and apply for developer status so you
can upload there, or upload it to google drive or mega. I'd need to see what it
is you are actually working on. @sub77 makes a good point, if you won't
test out your own work then why get into it? You would be well served, as emoboy
does a lousy job of getting across, to suspend further question and do more
reading, reading, reading, especially my posts for a wonderful mix of lame humour,
dumb questions, insightful remarks, astute observations, bad spelling, and even
worse language in some situations ! xD

I would imagine because the filesize is too big, XDA has filesize limits for different file types, and I can't imagine an entire rom zip being smaller than the cut-off. Moonbutt74 is right (protip, he always is and even on the rare occasions he isn't he's still much cleverer than you or me), upload it to android file host (you do have to request developer status, but they should approve it within like an hour or two max iirc) or google drive if you're really too impatient to wait for android file host

Assuming you've already made an account and are logged into it, there is a drop-down menu on the upper right-hand corner of the page that should say, "Hey, <yourusername>" Click it and select settings. The fourth setting down under user settings > my preferences should be called "request developer/upload access", that's the one you're after

You need dev status for android file host, not google drive. When making posts use the Insert Link button to link to your upload links. Any file uploaded to your google drive that you allowed to be shared with the public should have its own URL. Any file you upload to android file host will definitely be given its own url. You can copy/paste that url into Insert Link into your post/thread
