You really won't be able to notice it. Activating it can actually cause some issues with embedded images I've read.

Yeah. I use it now. Can't on Google Now (it's different than the browser or Chrome), but on Chrome it works great.
If you enable it, its enabled on every device. I enabled it from my PC and it worked on my gnex and nexus 7. Didn't like it though.

What does it mean when the wifi and cell signal icons in the status bar are grayed out? Because that happens to me a lot.

I was having this issue a lot today at work, but I was using my old cut sim. I got a new microsim from tmobile today so hopefully that fixes it

This. It means you still have a data connection, but not a current connection to Google's servers for syncing to their services.

I had no idea. Is there a reason why this would be happening?

no i mean whats the best underclock numbers to save battery without sacrificing performance
Some chips can underclock/undervolt better than others. It's best to just try some configurations to see what your phone can handle. Make sure you don't click "set on boot" when messing with them though.

Just wondering what other devices you guys are using your note 3 to control. I didn't even know you could use it for things other than a TV. In the xda YouTube video review of the note 3, the reviewer mentioned he was using his note to control the camera he was using to record.

It can control anything that uses IR to receive signals and messages.
How can you use it for other things? Only options in the watch on app are Tvs and top boxes

What would you like it to do?
Of course, I use it with:
My TV's
My Dish Sets
My Projector
My Nikon
And right now I'm in the works of making my garage door work as well.
PD. I recommend using the smart remote app instead of the watchon one.

Best one I've found so far. Simple and quick.
The Watch On app is the one that came with your phone with a fuscia icon and a tv BUT if your signature is right your phone doesn't have an IR Blaster nor this Samsung app

Just started looking into using the IR and noticed that app you pointed to is on sale this Easter.
I am using this
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=remote.control.samsung
It works with my TV, BD player, Settop box(Tata sky)
