Need help

I've just got my s4 and a case buyed rrom some random site but when i lay my phone into the case the screen goes black and only the clock widget us showing. my phone is not rooted.
I need help

Looks like the phone is thinking is a S-View cover. Thats why is like this. Has nothing to do with your phone, its because of the case.

Idle but screen on? Looks like it.... Also, were you using 100 or less brightness?

Notify during calls 'vibrate' problem?

Even though I have this option unchecked I still get a vibration alert in my ear when I'm on the phone. I had the same problem with my note 2 for a while.
Anyone have a solution as it's really annoying now?
