It is driving me crazy! I use Google Voice as my voicemail service and about every 5 to 30 minutes I get a notification for old voicemails saying they are new. Clearing does clear them forever, they are marked as read in the Google Voice app and the website. I've installed Google Voice several times and even tried flashing a rom on a full wipe.
Any ideas?

This started yesterday afternoon; every time I open a hangout, or click to type a reply, I get the error seen below. I have cleaned out the cache and the data from the app, next step will be to uninstall/reninstall. Any ideas?

I'm an idiot...I should have read the error more closely. It was a problem with lightmanager. Uninstalled that and error is gone.

AT&T Visual Voicemail which provided a list of all my Voicemails with them transcribed to text worked on all my prior devices but does not work on the LG-V20
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.att.mobile.android.vvm&hl=en
Is it the device or nougat?
Easy fix, just call At&T. They sent a signal to my phone while it was turned off and it fixed the visual voicemail issue.
I keep getting unfortunately, messages has stopped after i sent a message and slow when typing too is anyone else having this issue?is it because of having too many messages? Having a high end phone with so much memory i guess is pointless if that was the case ?
Cleared cache and dat on messaging app still the same

It appears in the top-left, comes and goes randomly, and is only visible for a split second. I've tried all sorts of search queries but for the life of me, I can not figure out what this icon means, or what app it's from. Rooted, stock, 6.0.1 ROM.
Edit:
Did some digging in my log files. It appears that it's Samsungs "DiagMonAgent" that sends some sort of report. Just removed it with Titanium Backup.
