There is no option for hotspots and tethering in settings. But in Google help it does

Anyone know what the APN titled 'ATT Entitlement' is? Yesterday, it was not there and today it is... I am confuse...

Have you been doing any tethering? Or flashed / changed anything to allow tethering?

I have only tethered to another Android phone. Been doing it for weeks though. This never popped up until today.
