I'm sorry if this has been answered already but I was wondering if anyone knew of any app that would allow me to change the color of the on screen buttons, the glow when you press them, and the color of status bar icons. I would like to accomplish this without flashing any ROM's as i dont want to lose any data or have to reinstall anything right now. Is there anyway to do this on stock? Thanks for your help!

There are lot of tools for screen, also custom kernels on the forum.

just want it to be exactly same when you update to Android 4.3

Yes but even if I do it will not look like how the stock launcher would be because I am using ParanoidAndroid 3.94, I was on stock but yesterday morning I installed my first custom rom on this device.

Yes, have you tried changing the colours in hybrid properties? That's how its done.

There are some boot animations in this forum. If you mean the LG before the bootani I think you have to change it from within the kernel, maybe ask a kernel dev?
