Instalation
Root your device and install ClockworkMod Recovery/The Kernel boot.img thats included.
Reboot into Recovery
Do a Nandroid backup! (or not its just backup)
WIPE (wipe data/factory reset + wipe cache partition + Advanced/Wipe Dalvik Cache)
Format Data ( Mounts and Storage)
Install the ROM from internal sdcard using ClockworkMod Recovery
Reboot and n'joy

Reporting Bugs
You are allowed to report bugs only in this thread. Before reporting a bug, please make sure you are running as stock as possible. This means no custom kernel, no custom framework modification, etc. If you are using any of the above modifications, please flash the rom again to get rid of the modifications before reporting.
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab /proc/last_kmsg. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. The following is a useful format to follow.

1. is the low audio problem fixed @MatZ69 ? thats the only problem thats stopping me to downgrade to ics :/ i needed to shove the ear piece DEEP into my ear to listen wat the other person's saying, when i was using erick's cm9
2. y cm9.1 ? and not cm9.2 ? or is it a typo ?
3. and is the audio routing bug fixed ? sometimes when i connect the headphones and play music, it played through speakers :/

I think that issues are fixed but since i dont have ace device (only gio) i cant have 100% sure.
I used the same lib files and for me is working like a charm

Found some bugs:
The camera doesn't work
If I set other lockscreen styles and then I lock the phone, it shows one second the lockscreen and then it locks
But awesome work! Please continue it and fix all the bugs and make it more stable.

for pt 1 can be solved with using proper camera libs for ace

I cant remember what icons i used, but i only used 5th icons... the rest are the same
So far the bugs are only the camera?
if is only that i know what is it and can fix it soon

after boot gets stuck on logo of purexperia any way around it cleared dalvik cache and all no success.

Hey! I tried using your rom. Good work! However, there seems to be 1 very irritating bug. If I change any setting in gravitybox, they apply instantly. However, if I reboot the phone, the settings change back to default ones (the way it was after I installed the ROM). The same thing happens if I try to disable floating apps.
Can you please comment on this?

Unfortunately, Devices has stopped.
Rom is fantastic. No Doubt.
But all killer sony apps namely Walkman, Album and Movies will not start. Also TrackId crashes some times. I keep on getting Unfortunately, Devices has stopped.
By the way I use Q700.
EDIT: Found a work around that is working for now. Just kill a process called Devices and clear its cache.
Go to Settings --> Apps --> All --> Devices --> Clear Cache and Force Stop.

Xolo Q700s is Mtk6582 device ,hence it canrt be ported to It as that rom is only for Mtk 6589 devices!

Is this kitkat for xolo q700i? And there is any bug?

This will work if your system>app is not full odexed or you can remove SemcCameraUI.odex after installing Cyber-shot then reboot, but recommeded is deodexed ROM
5. Why Cyber-shot™ force close in my rom?
Nah if force close, This is cause comparasion signature verification, you need SUPER USER MOD or Xposed Framework

It's work for Odexed ROM Leaked Xperia SP/T/TX/V as far as i know it's not full odexed system apps, only some apps and framework, so this is should work

timeshift cant successfully save the photos and no icon for motionshot and MotiongraphForXperia
after flashing in deodexed rom i see both camera and cybershot in the settings-apps-all

Worked fine in Xperia S 4.1.2.. But has the same bugs from niaboc79's Honami Camera.. I know this version hasn't got nothing to do with it, but for all Xperia S users, its just a kinda initial NOTE before installing.. Although nice job.. :good:

Always back to Stock firmware via odin before installing any Custom ROM. This will avoid freezing at boot logo.
You have to download the ROM zip file.
Copy it to your phone's SD Card.
Turn off your phone
Go to recovery mode (ClockWork Recovery) (Home screen button + Power button)
If you are on Stock Recovery, You've to flash CWM 5.x before installing this ROM.

Select wipe data / reset and Confirm the action
Select wipe cache partition and Confirm the action
Mount /data & /system
Select install zip from sd and select the rom zip file & Confirm the action

Setup Launcher Layout:-
The Xperia Launcher is to be configured on first use. This rom zip file automatically copies xperia_launcher_backup to the SD Card. You need to restore it through the following process.
1. The First Screen
2. Press Menu Key and go to Preferences
3. In the menu, select Backup And Restore
4. Select Restore Settings
5. Press YES and you are done....

The stability of this rom is SUPER I managed to run unity ported 3D games at full performance.
How did you do this.
It sure needs some various fixes due to other various glitches, but stills the best rom i try on my device.

U can give a try for your own concept of Xperia SystemUI for Lollipop.. Include the launcher from Z3 and other stuff if u can..

will try it on next release, i think the xperia style system UI it's hard to port to Lollipop, its really different, and i feel Lollipop system UI its nice look, feel a tablet, but will try it if i have more time, thank

U misunderstand, i said ur own concept.. Like just the icons change in the notification bar like how sammy is doing in their lollipop fw's.. And Xperia launcher is already there which worked on AOSP and CM12 for me.. I think u could make a Xperia theme engine for CM12(Like Ambor did).. See what u can do..
