Finland is in Europe so any firmware starting xx should work
I use xxlf3 but it doesn't contain finnish language
Check the xx firmware packages on dokys thread & see if any contain finnish language (check it's code)
if your not bothered about language & English is fine I'm sure xxlf3 will work
its in dokys thread under click here to goto specific firmware packages

Hello people, my name is Doni, I need little help, I did read the FAQ etc, and checked the firmware section, but couldn't find the answer.
I have sony ericsson X10A flashed to GLOBAL GENERIC 2.1 ROM that have also some left to right languages like Hebrew and Arabic, my fiend have Galaxy i9100 from PCL Israel with they ROM and some garbage from the provider.
I want to flash it to latest 2.3.3 stock but I need to know are they have Hebrew in them? or it only comes with Israeli providers Rom's?

i have an omnia 7 german no brand, yesterday i have flashed rom using
CSC_Cetus_Europe_I8700XENJK1, when phone restart is in english and not in germany, i have try to set language and region "germany", but after hard reset phone restart in english, there is a way to start it in German, maybe i need to flash another rom?

You need to reflash your phone with the correct CSC. The one you used has XEN in it which means it has a CSC file with region settings for the Netherlands.
So you have to look for another CSC file which has German region settings in it.

It was also possible to just flash the CSC file and not the entire ROM. By only dragging the CSC file into the flash APP. That way you didn't have to reset your device.

Hello...I'm from Morocco, i can't find my country on the list of regions in "system language and region" advanced settings.... why?
In fact there is so few of regions on the list...what's the problem guys?
