I spent my earlier part of this evening making this with a tool. It's an aroma installer package and for those who don't know what that is it's a mod which gives u an extra GUI in recovery and allows you to pick what mods you want to install. It's limited right now and read all here before messing up your device and coming back to report an error you made.
Disclaimer:I'm not responsible if your phone explodes, shocks you or melts or whatever.Do this at your own risk if there really are any.
The first version of this mod has 3 sections.
-You'll find root apps.Framaroot, root tools and xposed installer.Choose if you want them.
-You'll find nodo camera mod(don't use if you aren't on stock),and the xperia gallery app and more in the app section.Don't install oppogallery2 if your not on the stock rom except you want to try and you know how to revert.
-The clock widget section is a choose one only option to choose between the Oppo green, red, yellow clock widget respectively.Don't choose the 3 or you'll end up with the yellow.I included the order in the title so you don't have to remember.(due to renaming issues I had with the aroma compiler you need to go into /sytem/app and rename any oppodigitalclockwidgetG or r to "OppoDigitalClockWidget.apk")
This is the beginning and I'll add more and keep the package apps updated.
Hit thanks to say thanks and happy flashing. This are all compiled by me so if you share give me credit.

Explain to me why someone would want to flash framaroot from recovery? That defeats the point of framaroot.

go read Somewhere what is an aroma installer and what is its purpose.Don't bug the thread. Read and understand before posting.
all I am saying is this thing serves no purpose. none of these things require recovery to install so you've effectively only increased the complexity of installing them.

It's an all at once install package of all those apps. I maybe doing debloating very soon and ur comments are just discouraging me. There is more to the power of aroma and I started with apps only.

Ok now I understand, it's a work in progress. My apologies.
A debloating script would be a welcome alternative to installing Color Mod
although, may I suggest, we keep the debloating script and the bloating script separate?

Thanks for the aroma installer, add as many options as you can, I really appreciate it myself. I really don't see why their should be any complaints at all, the aroma installer is a very good option. If you don't want the mod that is in the aroma installer then don't select to install it. I don't think some people know what aroma is, and how Dev's make things easy for a lot of people with this tool and really how nice of a tool that it is. It really makes things very simple to add mods and apps and do so much more with your device in a very easy way, its as easy as it gets to be able to select what mods, apps, and so many other options in one simple to use tool. keep the installer going add whatever and as much as you can, and once again thank you for your time and hard work.

Since your phone is s=off it is doable, because you can change the /system folder and have stuff stick. With that being said i know there is a thread in the development section that has a lot of gauge options on it. If i can find it i'll post a link to it for you.

Thanks for the work on the link Neid. I am actually using one of those now.
I was specifically looking for one like the link above displays. Apparently I haven't been able to find that exactly.
I know some of the custom roms have it available, but was curious if there was a file or something that could be pulled from them to make it available for the sense, stock ui
I know one of you stud guru's can do this in like 5 minutes!
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=990829
Cook it up here if you want. There is an icon like it in the battery mods section.
damn that's tough, I can't find the needed files. Thank you for the link however
how did you theme your current setup? If you used a flashable zip, you use that. If you used the t-mobile theme engine you use the apk. It shouldn't be tough. With that kitchen you just need something to start with, so as long as you aren't running straight stock no theme, it's a quick file dump and let the kitchen cook it up.
I am using the recovery back to stock, which was titled, 1980-01-06.00.08.33. I got it from these forums for a stock recovery with sense.
I am still rooted, and S-off, verified through 3 sources, and i can add mods.
I tried looking in that file last night, but didn't see anything.
You are saying just throw that entire zip in kitchen? I will try that tonight (Can't remember if the zip was over the 9mb limit kitchen had, which I think it was)
no that won't work. You need an apk to get it going, since you're using stock you'll have to find one of the t-mobile theme engine apks already included with stock. I think androidian is one of them. I'm a little surprised, for someone who wants a really customized look you shouldn't be using an odexed ROM. Something like RoyalGlacier would be so much better. It's MySense, stripped, deodexed, zipaligned, and has a lot of tweaks that are great. Much better kernel included as well. Take a look at the thread in the development section. The touchpanel update included in faux's kernel is worth it by itself, it's like getting a whole new phone.
Ahh Darinmc, thank you for taking the time to reply.
I actually have RG ready to flash on my SD, just hadn't yet. I know RC2 was giving me a force close loop, so I undid back to stock until they had more time to work bugs.
I think I will give RG a shot.
Again, thank you very much for replying, think I will try Androidian and then RG
The best thing about TR ROMs is their support. Follow their instructions for installation to the letter. After that, if anything, and I mean anything, goes wrong, post a detailed report in the thread and they will bend over backwards to get you up and running. Having problems with RC2 probably had something to do with a bad install (this is not pointing the finger, simply pointing out that when dealing with custom ROMs many things can happen during an install), the TR instructions are more detailed and generally create better results. Happy flashing!
EnlargedUI ROM
I now present an Enlarged Verison of touchwiz in which is what I think it should look like. Many users have complained about the small dpi and such in which I hate it too. Since I'm lazy, and hate making custom roms.. I might create a mod zip to make dpi larger. Of course it will replace some of touchwiz apps but I don't think people will mind. I should of thought of that lol. I will set the dpi to the one you suggested for T700. For T800 (this rom) it's set to 340dpi. Will work on the mod zip sometime soon.
At first moment, I suggest 384 (320+ 20%). I hope, when you break this development it will be possible to adjust it.
It will be best to use it with most popular t700 rom (@basic), but it is more complicated and I am sure you must coordinate wit him about this.
So, if you make it first for stock rom, I will test it with pleasure.
Just give me instructions...

If you don't mind having svoice, Samsung camera and a few other Samsung apps, then I could come up with something. I'll use 384 dpi when I start on it.

How to enable multi-window in Android 6 Marshmallow:
There is a workaround to get split view mode on your smartphones, if you have rooted your device. To activate multi-windows in your devices, here are the steps you need to follow:
- Install Marshmallow on your Android smartphone.
- Root your device
- From Google Play Store, install a file manager app with root access.
- Open the newly installed file manager app and grant it root permission.
- Go to /system/ directory and open build.prop file.
- Inside the file, change the value of build type from user to userdebug.
- Save the build.prop file.
- Reboot your device.
- Once back, enable Developer Options: go to Settings > About Phone > tap on Build Number seven times.
- Go back to Settings > Developer Options > go to the bottom of the Drawing category and enable Multi-window from the options.
- Congrats.

I also stated in the OP of the rooting thread, if you are going to modify the system anyway, just go with the traditional root method. Chainfire disabled system write while using systemless root method to maintain system partition integrity.
After using it i can definitely say Multi window is poorly implemented, not worth using. Not as easy as Samsung's implementation.
Ya its still a very much alpha I would say.. Maybe in the next version we will see if fully implemented.
It had worked for me...thanks

Its been a really long time away from Android ROMS for me but I remember this being an issue some times in the past. Seems like the system was looking for the folder to save the screenshots in. Could be "sdcard/pictures/Screenshots" If that folder doesn't exist create it and that might fix it.?

delete the old screenshot file and it will create one itself. this usually happens when your previous backup conflicts with new rom.
Hey guys!
I'm kinda new to XDA, so I don't know if this the right place to post for a help request. If it is not, apologize me. Anyway, let's get back to the main topic.
Remember the good old days when we used to have MaxxAudio for our device in the early days of the OnePlus 2. Some of you might remember it due the awesome sound quality it produced. Some of you might dislike due to the fact that it is not working or crashing at certain times. Well know, MaxxAudio is gone and replaced by DiracHD. Personally, I prefer MaxxAudio over DiracHD because I get to personalize the sound the way I like. Some of you might be like 'Dirac is better, f*ck MaxxAudio'. Well, it's personal opinion, I won't dudge you.
Well today is the day, I will bring back MaxxAudio to life and back to our beloved device. I have successfully ported the MaxxAudio app and libs from Oxygen OS 2.1 to CypherOs 3.5.1 based on Android 7.1.1. Want proof, well check the screenshots out in the attachments!!
Now don't get too excited yet Based on the screenshots, right after I open the app, the 'unfortunately, audio tuner service has stopped' pop-ups. The logcat told me I am missing a lib/framework file that I can't seem to find anywhere in the /system directory. I'm really confused right now. If we can get this app to work, we might be able to port a fully working MaxxAudio for our OnePlus 2. So, I am requesting all devs and people out there who are reading this to help me with this situation. I'm not begging you, just help me when you have time
That's all from me right now. Hope someone can find a solution and port our beloved MaxxAudio to our device. Any help would be greatly appreciated. (If you have a possible solution, or you're kind enough to port the app for me , please post it in the thread or PM me.)
I'll update to you guys when progress has been made. Keep your fingers crossed
P.S - I've attached the apk files below for further inspection. These are taken from a deoxed Oxygen OS 2.1 rom. Last but not least, please don't spam the thread with MaxxAudio vs other sound mods fight. Moderators hate that kind of thing

I'm sorry, I should have though of that before. Sorry for being such a complete noob here. I know it's not safe to install unknown apps into the system, although I can promise you the app is completely safe and doesn't contain any malicious things in it. You can decompile the apk file and check for yourself. It doesn't even have a proper lib file for the app to work.
Also, sad to say this, but I'm abandoning the project because I simply don't know, or at least don't have enough knowledge to port an app. So, I'm leaving it here, for now. I might continue it in the future, I don't know.....we'll have to see about it. Sorry for letting you guys down (if there's any). If you want to continue my work, just grab the logcat and help me find what's wrong with the app. That's all you can do for now. May we see again soon...

Actually, you need to back up /system/lib/soundfx /system/etc/audio_effects.conf and /system/vendor/etc/audio_effects.conf then put them into your new rom. Not just apks. Though I'm new here, I do sound effects mods in other forms. I hope that my reply will help you
