on all 4.3 roms, my phone keeps turning off and when trying to boot it gets stuck on "android is upgrading, starting apps" or it gets stuck on the last image of the bootanimation!!!!
Sometime i can get passed this by turing phone on with phone charger in but soemtimes it doesnt work... i have to full wipe and flash a rom again so annoying!!!
anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

I installed IceCreamBread Apocalypse. After a few days of fine using, I turned it off and now it's stuck on the galaxy y logo! I flashed some stock ROMs from download mode. But then it just kept showing the logo, the logo vanishing, and the phone turning off! What's worse is that this problem REPEATS until I take out the battery!!!
Try to flash an stockkernel first and than a new firmware.maybe its help.good luck.
GREEEEEEEEEETZ!!!

No. Just Download Mode.
EDIT: I sent my phone to Samsung to fix. They haven't noticed
I have galaxy s4 i9500 running arrow rom v11 which is android 4.3
And Presus kernel. No changes have been made everything (including CPU) is stock. My phone is working for a few months and suddenly yesterday while I was texting it turned and reeboted. Since then it reebots itself automatically whenever I insert battery. Plus it stuck on samsung logo and makes boot loops. It doesn't let me enter recovery mode and when I go to download mode, it says warning then I click volum up(continue) and then it freezes for 2 secs and reebots itself(I can't see the download mode.. Is it normal? Why?) I don't know what to do what happened plz help

first of all, before you flash this arrow room, which version of samsung android u had?, if u had 4.2.2 u can still flash official rooms via odin, from 4.3 u cannot, the only way would be if you make a backup of ur sgs4..., customs roms can brick your phone (for me the safest one is cyanogenmod, but in a sgs4 only when the phone never were updated with android 4.3 on 4.4.2), try JTAG to fix it(not u, an expert needs to do this...)
PS: sorry for my bad english(still learning)
Hey guys,
So I am currently stuck in a boot loop. I tried installing a new rom but upon reboot it did not but stay at the LG splash screen.
That was the beginning of my problems and eventually led to my TWRP recovery being corrupted, as well as my phone being out of battery. I can not get it to charge at all even while twrp was working. i have tried flashing it multiple times to the stock firmware however the phone does not charge in download mode and just turns off before the flash is complete.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I tried keeping phone switched off for hours , iuni logo vanished from boot loader but still it's always in background in recovery mode as well as on user interface.
I tried few other roms but still it's there.
Flashed twrp 2.8.7 using flashed tool.

Sounds like a hardware issue (BLOD) but you won't know until you wipe the device PROPERLY and flash a stock ROM. One way to do this is to install a full Google image using flash-all.bat. Your situation is precisely why Google posts full images with instructions on the same page on how to restore your device to it's "out of the box" state. If after flashing stock your phone is still bootlooping and/or you cannot access Recovery mode (ADB), then you're done. Either RMA the phone if eligible, or find a replacement.
