Hello,
How to contact the service samsung?
Thank you.
Use Tapatalk GT-İ9500
Go to samsung.com.tr & 'contact us' section ? Should be able to send them email or get contact phone numbers there.
You could try an old fashioned item called the telephone or the fastest way is to use email.

I just found your forum and have bee reading throught it for the past few days.
I think this is a great forum as I just purchased an Imate Jam and have resolved several problems from the forum members.
I have one strange occurance on my Jam that I do not know how to fix.
I received SMS's from my service which I do not have the contact number in my address book.
The sms message put's a name from my contacts that is not associtaed with teh SMS. When I deleted teh contact it showed another (The next time I received an SMS).
How to fix this?
It is not a problem...
You mean u got a message from your Service Provider right?
It is possible to send messages without a number in the from field instead it comes with a name. Providers usually send messages like that for conveniance...
It is also possible to do through a software in my Sony Ericsson p910i called iSMS maybe it's one of your friends playing a prank on you...
Let me explain a little bit more.
The message I received is from my service provider 100%.
However, in the SMS inbox it seems to list a name in the from field which belongs to one of my contacts.
Now What I did is remove that contact and waited fro another SMS from my service provoder.
What happened is the from field nows shows some other name that is in my contacts.
My question is, how does the SMS application detrmine the from?
When I had a nokia 6600 it just displayed a number.
Try to find some commonality in the contact like perhaps the first few digits or the last few digits are the same in that case what the provider is doing is that he's sending a message from a special number such as 646, 501 etc... in that case if your numers are not in the international format the phone picks up the nearest alternative name to the number and displays it.. if u save your contact details in international format it does not happen...
e.g +91 ..... in case of numbers from india...
Thanks
Ok I will give that a Try.
How can you tell what number the SMS is from.
When I open it, it just shows the name it has choosen but no number.
I had an option in my old Nokia - send contact card - or something - don't remember it exactly. But it let me send my contact information like name, address, numbers - via sms. Is it possible on the JAM ?

You can beam your contact details via infra-red. I can't see a way of doing it via SMS. Perhaps search on PocketGear or Handango as there will probably be a few apps around that would provide that functionality.
Thanks guys. Will try vCard.
this is my way - just make a new text message, to the number you wish to send... then cut and paste it into the message area. then send it to who u wish to send the contact number..
1) how to save the call history number to existing contact?
2)I often need to send a contact information to another contact or number, can I send it via sms like with smartphone?
If there are third-party, I'd like to pay for it.
When you go to WM Contact and tap on one of your contact name you will get a list of method of contacting this person something like this below:
Call moblie
Call home
Send Text Message
Send e-mail
Is there a way to remove the Call moblie and Call home or remove anything with "Call" in the list but keep Send Text and Send e-mail on there?
Thanks
I know XDA is more of a ROM or OS upgrading sire but is there a forum or website that specialize more in hacking MW settings or registery I might find answer on this question?
Can post or PM me the link?
Thanks
The ZTE AXON software has 2 core issues:
a) The phone contact app will not work with Exchange. For example if you go into contacts of Smasung, LG, HUawei phone and you search for a company contact it will search your phone contact database and then if nothing is located it will ask to search server directory. The ZTE does not give you that option. This impacts contact queries, calendar invites and phone dilaer
b) The same thing occurs for conference call call in. All other phones will dial the conf call # and then also the tones of the ID # for the call.
These 2 issues makes this phone pretty useless in a corporate enviroment
Did you get anywhere with this?
Looking at a new phone and this could be a deal breaker.
Same issue here. Any solutions? This is a big problem for me but I otherwise really like the phone

I wish we could get the samsung email app and dialer ported across. This would make the phone pretty dam perfect for me. Even if it was just the email app... That would be ok.
