Official bumper scratching your phone?

I've serious scratches on the chrome bezel of my phone from cases specifically the oem bumper. Dirt gets caught between the bumper and phone and abrasion cause this problem. Anyone else have this problem

It has been the same with every bumper/case I've used. All my phones that I've used in the past have had scratches due to the protective case. Heck, one of them even left scratches all over the body of my Xperia SL where its very hard to notice scratches I am currently using a TPU case and only after 2 days I found it scratching the chorme bexzel. The irony is that we have to use some or the other case just to make sure that the glass doesnt shatter when the phone falls down at the cost of some scratches on the bezel. Any suggestion to avoid this would be appreciated.

No issues at all with my N4 and OEM bumper, but I've not taken it off since getting it...

Bar some crap around the edge (dust, etc.) the edges are fine - no scratches

Moving Games data

Hi,
I want to move my gmaes like:- Need for speed Most Wanted & Dark Knight's Data to external SD card. But if i move to the same as it in on the phone memory, yet it's not working.
The game again want to download the data.
Is there any way that moving the data will not be a problem. I also tried with ADB shell set-install-loaction 2. but yet it's not working. As i am manually installing those apk.
Please someone advise.

I'm using gl to sd..its working great.though I had to upgrade ny memory card to class 10 as it wont run need for speed in class 4 or 6 card..

I don't understand why people are happy to invest big bucks on a top end mobile or expensive plan yet baulk at the prospect of paying only a few dollars for a top quality app.

Its not easy if you dont have a creditcard for that, have to wait for a year.

How many faulty scree displays?

Hi,
I see so many faulty screendisplays? How? Is this only from the first batch?

I've had two Nexus 6p's, neither had a faulty display. In fact, neither had any of the issues I've seen users mention. The only reason I have (had) 2 is because I ordered a second as a test when my preorder never shipped and I suspected Google was shipping out of order that orders were placed.

mine has a pink hue on the top but I have a replacement on its way

both mine are perfect

nope and my girl has the other one and she would have noticed by now. i even had other women look (they tend to see colors better) and nobody has noticed any yellow/pink or blue tint.

Can you look what the build date is?

How to see your build date:
1. boot into fastboot and
2. scroll to barcodes and hit power you will see your build date in the middle
I want to see how far apart they were built in comparison to when they were ordered and where were they ordered from

she has the 32gig aluminium and I have the 64 gig graphite. Best phone we have both owned.

My display is perfect also.
Graphite 128GB.
Phone has no issues.

Is it worth to wait for the nexus 6p? Because of to many problems with this nexus 6p model.

As of today, there is no wait, at least not in the united states.

My guess is until this is no longer the latest and greatest phone and all the scrutinizing moves on to something else. Then the forum complaints will die down and people will perceive the phone as having less issues. Pretty typical for phone releases these days.

Most of the issues you see are more software related than hardware related. I do not see any significant change happening from a hardware perspective on this phone. It is rock solid as is.

Wait ... Google is investigating several issues right now but it seems it should all be fixable with a software update ...

There is a thread either in XDA or Android Central on all those people that are have a perfect Nexus 6P. I have had my 64Gb aluminum for a week now. It's not defective at all. Everything is perfect. If you get it from Google and there is a problem with it, they'll replace it.

How water resistant is mate 8?

Does any one have any experience in this?
It tend to rain a lot these days..

I don't believe it has an IPS rating, but s sprinkle or two won't bother it. Granted, anything in the charge or headphone
jacks probably won't do it a lot of good though
