Hi,
I have a 32 gb Nexus 10 but I only have 13 gb internal.
I have flashed the factory image manually and before that I had 27 gb free..
How can I fix this problem?

You made the mistake of flashing the Nexus10 16GB image instead of the 32BG image. Do a search and you will find solutaions to this issue.
Sorry but do not have the links handy.

Thank you for replying. I rooted my tablet and read that someone got the same issue after rooting so maybe that's the problem.. I can't find an Android 4.3 factory image for 32 GB manta.. I only see one on the official site... Can you guide me in the right direction?

Here are some links I collected a long while ago on the subject. They maybe out of date so you will need to judge for yourself.
From OLD notes: A 32GB N10 after flashing ROM changed to 16GB, here are suggested solution threads:

Thank you. I saw that the flash-all.bat script should solve it. But I didn't have that script. I only got a file that I renamed to .zip that contained the .img's.. Do I have a bad download?

If I were you I'd download the images again, just to don't risk, here's a link:
https://developers.google.com/android/nexus/images#mantaray
I got mine there, try downloading again and installing, remember to flash base before! This way it's assured the new bootloader will be installed.

Err which base? I think it's a bad download. The wifi here sucks.. So I think I must wait till I'm home. I don't have any flashable files. I download the .tar from the site and that contains a file without extension.. That's the weird part. When I rename that file to *.zip it contains the .img's (boot, cache, recovery, system and userdata. I can't flash the *.zip via fastboot. It tells me something about a bad signature. So when I flash them manually it boots but I only get 13 GB internal storage..

If you have a PC all you need to do is unzip the .tar file and run the flash-all.bat command via fastboot, I think it is the only safe way to make sure all your partitions are going to be correct after it completes. You can't flash .zip files via fastboot.
hope it helps.

These are the files you are supposed to get when you unzip the tar file, if you don't have the flash-all then it could be a bad download, I can upload the file later if you still needed it, but I think you should try, if possible, to download the entire Nexus 10 image from Google again.

So I downloaded the JWR66Y update and it updated flawlessly. I only had a bootloop. I erased cache but that didn't work. So I flashed cache.img and userdata.img again. It booted but I still have only 13 GB available.

This, and the fact you don't get exactly 8gb. It's like when you buy a 1TB hard drive and when you are done partitioning and formatting it, you get like 928gb or whatever... (I didn't do the math, but you get it)
But this is a 16gb model......
Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 2
You must have just recently tried going back to stock..
Grab the stock image and
fastboot -w update image-nakasi-jzo54k.zip and it will repartition and format everything correctly.
or boot into stock recovery and do a factory reset. it wipes sdcard back to normal.

i guess ill have to get a replacement becuase i have factory rested in just about every way you can and i know FOR SURE I HAD A 16GB DEVICE, so any idea on where to get a replacement?

I've had that problem this morning, just flashed the zip of GlazedJB, I think, but any ROM.zip should do the work, as it flashes system partiton. Have you tried that?
Yeah I was on the ubuntu build then went back to pa then it had the issue so I flashed the stock factory image then it still had it but maybe I still have 13gb It just doesn't tell me?
Sent from my stock LG Spectrum Using LTE 4G on Verizon
I got it while returning to stock, then it didn't want to boot so I installed AOSP and when booted I saw there was only 6gb. Must have been bad download of factory image...
Try not to flash stock-based roms, use any cm or aokp. It won't hurt, the worst thing that can happen is to stay at 6gb.
And, as it's hardware problem, can you claim warranty for a replacement?
The Same works only for img jzo54k ...

You must disable "signature verification" if you want to flash ota update on any recovery but stock.
I see you have clockworkmod, so that's why it's failing. It might be in " advanced," Or "install zip from sdcard"
if not look through each menu till you find "toggle signature verification"

No, the error states that the build.prop isn't as expected, I.e. he's done some modifications and due to that the update fails.
-> he needs to flash the full update manually, probably leaving out the /data partition to keep the apps and their data or at least he needs to revert the build.prop modifications.

If you didn't change anything else, it should work, otherwise you will stick at a different point. About the build.prop: Didn't you make a backup? Every time you modify something of the system, you should make a backup before. Unfortunately I don't have the original one, but probably you can extract it from the stock image.

Here's the build.prop from JRO03D https://www.dropbox.com/s/j5d396wnc8fqnc1/build.prop. If restoring that does not work, follow AndDiSa's advice and flash the full update manually except for /data.
Yep that fixed it. Think there's a crc type check done on the upgrade. Changed the res back to get the tablet ui and all is joyous in the world. Thanks for everyone's help.

Download a nexus 4 ROM and flash that.
Next time do not ever ever flash a rom that is not meant for the device. Is your phone a S4? No. Is it a HTC One? No. Stick with ROMs and kernels meant for your device and you'll be good.

I'm no expert, but obviously you've overwritten your modem/radio partition, maybe even corrupted. I don't know if you could zero that partition (with dd codes) and then flash one of our radios... Not sure if that would work...
