I did a clean wipe, regular recovery procedures and flashed the latest 0819 nightly of CyanogenMod 10.2 yesterday, but after restart, my phone is just stuck with the Google logo loop. I did go from CM 10.1 with the latest TWRP.
What should I do to solve the problem?
Restore your nandroid backup, or flash another rom thru recovery. I had the same problem franco's kernel was causing the boot looping issue

I've encountered a strange problem with my nexus 7. As soon as I install a custom rom (I've tried the latest nightly of Carbon and Slimbean) with a full wipe my device does not boot up. It stucks on the carbon, respective slimbean, bootscreen. Another strange thing is that the latest CM nightly seems to work without any problems.
I even tried to flash a factory image and then reflashed the recovery (TWRP 2.6.3) to try the mentioned custom roms again. Still no luck - CM did work again.
So, do you guys have a solution to this problem? I've used both roms in the past as my daily driver, so I am out of ideas for now...
No suggestion, but I just flashed SlimBean on mine from a full wipe, and I'm having the same issue.
I tried SlimBean again, and it worked. Here's what I did:
1. Updated my bootloader. Mine was still 4.13, and it looks like the most recent version is 4.23. I flashed the img from this post using NRT.
2. Went back to unrooted stock with NRT. (I had to update my bootloader to do this.)
3. Let it boot back into unrooted stock, wept with joy, made a nandroid from NRT.
4. Flashed the SlimBean 1.9 weekly and minimal gapps from NRT's advanced area.
5. Watched in amazement as it boots obediently. Let sit about 10 min, and rebooted.
I'm essentially lazy, so yes I used NRT instead of manually pushing everything with ADB. ADB was plan B. It was briefly plan A, but I got tired of trying to convince the Android SDK that I did in fact have the Java JDK installed.
Mhhhh....

Well I have the same problem with booting Ubuntu touch.... Either it's stuck on white Google Logo or stuck on Cyanogenmod Logo... Have flashed it with TWRP and MultiROM...
I've tried installing CM 10.2 rc1 via both cwm and twrp and both have stalled at the start without making any progress. This causes the G2 to boot loop and need restoring (thankfully I backed up and was able to restore easily).
Coming from an s2 where I flashed many cm nightlies I am surprised that I'm running into issues.
Has anyone solved this or come across similar issues?
I rooted my phone and installed the cyan fox rom in December and it was working flawlessly, but yesterday it would randomly shut down and then get stuck in a boot loop or wouldn't boot up. So i installed a stock rom and there are no problems with that. Today I installed cyanogen mod on now the problem is coming up again. I have tried wiping dalvik cache, factory resting and that doesn't seem to do much.

Install Stock Rom again or ask in Cyanogenmod community
Recovery
What recovery are you using? Is it the latest version?
I have a D801, nothing terribly unusual about my setup. But every time I flash a CM 12.1 nightly it gets stuck on the CM boot anim on the subsequent boot. I'm using @blastagator's TWRP 2.8.7.1 and I make sure to wipe cache & dalvik every time. A reboot doesn't help but reflashing SuperSU via TWRP seems to fix it. Anyone have any ideas?
Hello,
I have a lg g2 d800. I was trying to flash the latest cyanogenmod 13.0 snapshot. I was on cyanogenmod 12.1 the older june snapshot. I booted into recovery and stupidly did not make a backup because I am an idiot. I did a reset before I flashed the rom ( system, cache, dalvik). I flashed the rom and gapps and there were not any problems. I try to reboot the phone and it is just stuck in a boot loop. I have twrp installed. I can access twrp fine. I just need some tips on getting a different nightly or snapshot (I will probably use an older 12.1 snapshot) onto my phone to flash it.
Thanks in advance.
