Has somebody a good working keyboard for stock android? (4.2.2)?
I mean not the stock google keyboard but a sony honami, sense 5 or touchwiz keyboard?
I am using paranoid android rom. But i hate this keyboard :/

I'm using SwiftKey. The best one for me.
I use Swype and love it. it's easy to use the options to correct your word if it's wrong are the best I've found, they have multiple colored keyboards for your preference. The Swype option takes some getting used to but I can't imagine typing with two hands, and it's way faster. Just my two cents

A system dump of a test rom has been released. Got special giggle Voice widgets and a new stock Launcher.

Screenshot shows new GVoice widgets and the new Launcher. Not any different, except more screens and an apparently customizable dock.

Isn't that screenshot just showing ADW Launcher, or something similar?

No. It's launcher2 from the G2 system dump.
This screenshot should show it a bit more; no home app has screen previews like Launcher2.

On Sense ROM's it won't work like it should. Problem is, that the phone application isn't installed.

Only if you adb push it. ADW is configured as stock Android launcher on CM6 so you'll have to remove that to get this

Hi everybody!
I was just wondering if it is possible to add some extra input languages to those Gingerbread-Roms.
Tried most of them but returned evertime to stock 2.2.2 because there was no german dictionary in those ROM's... and it's really annoying to type with the on screen keyboard without auto-correct. (Don't want to use any other keyboard than stock)
So does anyone know how or if that can be done?
Thanks!
there is a software solution: smart keyboard pro. But you have to pay for it.

I'll try the trail with stock rom! Maybe it's a good alternative for the, in my opinion, very good moto-keyboard!

Not exactly that, i mean the original one that you can use Swype on...for some reason the current keyboard in VU i find less responsive and i make more errors on than the stock keyboard
Try Googling swype keyboard

Hello fellas, I was wondering if I could get some feedback based on people's experience on which could be the best alternative keyboard for an x10?
I'm using the default one with wolfbreak 6.0s and it is laggy for ne most of the time.
All suggestions would be really appreciated, thanks in advance!

Swype beta rocks. Using it on WB 6.0. Doesn't seem to be many issues.

I like Swype and also swiftkey x
I use Swype Beta... And its working pretty well... The only thing, is when it is your first time using it, you are going to find it a bit difficult... But when you get used to it, you are going to type fast...
Ahhh I found out why the keyb was lagging! I just tried removing prediction and autocorrects and now this is blazing fast!
But anyway, I would like to try something new just to see how's better!

Maybe I'll give SwiftkeyX another go, but I did try it on my X10 (had it free from an Amazon promotion) and found it not as good as Thumbs.
SwiftKey X is the shizz! Worth the money!

If you a laid back typer like me touchpal is an excellent option. I'm not a fan o QWERTY in portrait mode think that's the reason I stay from swift

I've been using Swype for the last two years, works like a charm!
I'm trying out the SwiftKey Flow Beta right now, seems even more intuitive, although there's a few tidbits I prefer in Swype.
I guess it all comes down to whether you prefer actual typing or swyping though.
I like Kii Keyboard. Much more settings. Support Swipe method input.
use voice engine
the best thiing is using skyvee app:laugh:
Swype
Swype is my favorite. I've tried several gesture keyboards and I find that swype cares the least about how I swype. I also love the "ctrl+c" and "ctrl+v" ability.
At this moment i think that Swiftkey Keyboard is the best choice.
For me the best of all is the swype.
If you're bilingual like me, check out Swype, fast switching with one touch, but don't install versions 1.4, they tend to be sluggish, 3.26.92.39062 is the way to go
As for swift key, doesn't really work well with two languages.

I am using swift with 3langs, German, Turkish and English and it is working well, I am using the same layout for all and have not to switch between the languages.
