Im sorry for posting my problems here but Im locked and new here...
So my problem is that I flashed my GT540 with the OpenSwift, latest one, and I got some problems with my WiFi connection...
I see every wireless connection but I cant connect. Every time i try to connect he would Obtain my IP address from the connection and then he would be disconnecting me. I tested it on all wireless connections that i see.
Someone can help me pls ?!
Problem solved...
I just overflashed the OpenSwift4.3 over the 4.4 and its working now, perfectly.

Hi Friends, i have used some of MAGLDR]TyphooN CyanogenMod 7 roms, but never I've understand why data connection didn't work ?Never.In all roms that i've used wifi always work great but DAta Connection ... never . I've try to find an answer in the forum but nothing. I'm not an expert but I answer me : is posible that problemsis only mine ? how can the others user to solve this (bug ?) problem ? Please somebody can help me ? if yes, would be so glad to write me what have I do to ? really thank you . Yesterday I've installed the last vers, : MAGLDR]TyphooN CyanogenMod 7 Nightly v3.0.7 but data connection don't work.

You need to go to Settings>Wireless & networks>Mobile networks>Access Point Names. If you do not see your carriers network you will have to enter your carriers network information. To do this while you are in Access Point Names you press the windows hard button and select New APN and then enter your carriers APN information. You have three fields you need to enter the information in mainly the Name, the APN, and the Server. The APN and Server are usually the same.
Tahnk You T-Macgnolia, but I'm not an expert and I don't understand what exactly have to write in fields : Name = ? APN = ? and Server = ? . could you be mas exactly ? thank . My carrier 's name is Claro but which would be the APN and the Server ?

Ok I did some searching for you. Now if the settings I have below do not work for you. Just Google something like" APN settings for Claro", "Data settings for Claro", or something simaliar to that.
Name=Claro Web or just CLARO
APN=internet.ideasclaro.com.jm I am pretty positive about this one and I would put this under server too
Proxy=10.50.38.3
Port=8799 or 8080 or 9701 You might have to try all of these one by one until you find the one that works.
I could not find any other settings so if these work for you bit you can not get MMS then you can either try contacting Claro or do some more googling online

the problem is its always on roaming it says and because of dat it only uses gprs and no 3g .
its not posible too root the phone

of course there is!
in my case, the wifi i trying to connect is only allowed to use for working purpose.
and yet i download so many data using it until my default mac address got baned.
so here the alternative. u can change your mac address to any number you like.
but if you ask my personal opinion, just change three number from the back.
also . . .
firstly simple change.
if doest work, continue with the hard change. . . . . root is a must.

Please help me fix my sm-g570y/ds ..
At first my phone problem is i can't conecting to any provider/no signal but sometimes i can get internet conection at 4g but i can't make normal call phone..i can make normal phone and internet conection as well only at 2g .. my friend recomend me to try to overwrite certi file using z3x ..i try it and now my first imei become 0000 and my second imei become uknown .. i already try flash it with it's original firmware but it still not fixed..
