Hey, i'm not sure on how to do this exactly. I'm pretty sure it's hard coded into an apps menu:

ADW EX Launcher with Multi Picture Live Wallpaper.
Great vid, now I have this to add to my project list for the week. I need to go from android newb to pro with a rooted phone with updated kernel and a custom launcher set up.
Fabulous tutorial. When I get my note Ill try not to mess up what you instructed.
One question though. With the 3d UI can I use live/active wallpapers (the ones that move like the moving galaxy) instead of pictures?

Hi, unfortunately it's only static wallpapers i'm afraid
Static screen problem
This question is for James, I presume, the maker of this tutorial. I've followed all your steps for the 3D UI, but, for some reason, the picture is staying static, there is no cube effect when I scroll screens, and yes, screen scrolling is enabled on AWD Ex. Help? =/
Did you enable the transition effects in Multi picture live wallpaper as well?
For me it works perfectly on Go Launcher Ex. I sat the transition there as well to outside cube.

There is one being worked on but he doesn't have it ready yet. I have bee running JB 4.1.2 and it is very stable. You can find it here:

hey jerry, i just run JB 4.1.2 into my ideapad K1, over all it is very stable.
but can u tell me on how to set up an image to be a wallpaper?
when i set up an image to be wallpaper, its not fully stretch.
even with 3rd party app like wallpaper wizardii.
i flash my ideapad using K1-3G_CM10_JB_05052013.zip, attached in this link:

Yeah that's due to the rotation switch. If you hold your k1 on portrait mode then the wallpaper is alright. If you want it to look correctly you can disable background scrolling under the trebuchet setting for the homescreen. This way it will be strech but the wallpaper won't scroll. One advantage is that there is less lag when you scroll between homescreen.

when i still using honeycomb, i can play hd video running smoothly by using both mx player and dice player.
but now, when i use K1-3G_CM10_JB_05052013 version, somethimes i got my video, running laggy
is that one of bug that isn't solved yet?

You're probably using the software decoder in mxplayer. There should be an icon in the upper right corner to activate the hardware decoder. Simply select HW+ decoder an it should be right. That's what happened to me on honeycomb that made hd video lag.

i know about decoder in mx player, and i've been using HW+ decoder in mx player since in Honeycomb. But still, HD video sometimes got laggy even with HW+ in this JB. i dont know why, but i never got this lag when still using Honeycomb..

I couldn't say why as I almost never play hd video, but I'm able to listen to 720p mp4 without any issue. What type of hd video are you trying to watch? 1080p, 720p, .avi, .mkv? Maybe your format is too hard to decompress for our aging device. For the info I'm using K1Wifi_CM10_Flashable_v6.1 and I'm ovreclocked to 1.4 ghz.

Just got a like new Lenovo K1 with Honeycomb 3.2.1 and I'm relly interested in lknowing how is the latest version doing on it?
I truly like to update it to the latest, but you know the consequences. I need to know what hardware to use and how to update from point
A to B. I truly would appreciate it. If its not all worth change the version, should I stay with v3.2?

You want to go to CM10.1. Use Kascheme 4.2.2 NVFash found in the Thinkpad Developer forum. Very easy and stable. And a lot better than HC.

My only issue with the Kascheme 4.2.2 is I can't get my USB support working.

When I plug the USB from my K1 to the computer there is no recognition that the cable has been plugged in. I've been logging it in this post:

I'd like to make some review and tutorial on my Samsung Galaxy S4 which is rooted with ScreenCast. But each time i try to record something, i end up with the audio but not with the video, so i'm only able to see a black screen... I know how to take a Screen Capture but i want to record a video of my screen.
You guys know how to fix this, or why is it happening?

I too have tested its working with S4 root req
I have the same problem... the palm gesture function does not work on my S4...!!!
To be clear, I can not do the screenshots passing the vertical palm over the sensor and I can not stop the music by covering the screen with the palm.
Why?
I have non rooted stock ROM... PDA is really official because I bought it for about 10 days.
Yup. SCR works great with root, by now its the only one i have seen that's able to record the screen.

Hi guys in the default video and gallery app of a S4, S5 or any samsung phone the colour and details goes damn sharp when watching a video or movie. It's clearly noticeable on full brightness. I recently installed cm12 and saw that those boosters are not in those roms. Is there anyway I can get those boosters back cause I do a lot of movie watching on my phone?

Because OnePlus 5 ROM is close to stock android ROM.
Samsung and Co heavily modify their ROMs.
