I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 from us cellular.. I realized there is no area for a us cellular s4, so that's why I am posting in the "Canadian Bell, Rogers, Telus, Virgin" area...
I have noticed when I go to Settings (connections tab) then click More networks that there is no wifi calling setting...
This phone from other carriers has this option.. why doesn't the one on us cellular?
Is there a way to make this available?

Hey,
I'm not sure if this is the appriopriate thread, but my question is about network.
If anyone can give me there input, it would be awesome! I have Galaxy S4, M919V, but i got LTE working on stock original rom via i337M rom.
Can anyone tell me about Bell Vs Rogers network, overall for coverage, speeds, calls, reception for 3G, 4G, and LTE? please. Any advantages with either one of them?
Also, does Fido uses 100% network of Rogers? Or Fido uses 1/3 of Rogers network - the towers. Similar to how virgin mobile uses 1/3 of Bell's towers?
I'm sorry for posting it in the wrong thread, just wasn't sure :S.
Thanks!

Where do you live?
Bell and Telus share towers so coverage is fairly good. That said I find Rogers fine in the GVA.
I was with Telus for a while before I jumped to Rogers for this device.
Rogers has 2G coverage and Bell/Telus don't.
Rogers and Bell have band 7 LTE which allows for a wider channel and more bandwidth.
I think Fido shares all towers with Rogers.
Also, you may be able to find more answers on howardforums.
I want to know if i can use my galaxy s4 from us cellular with straight talk or gsm carriers. I have read that us cellular is cdma only but my phone requires a sim to work so im having a hard time understanding. Can someone explain this to me? Also is there anyway to flash it to 9500 to make it work with gsm carriers considering it has a sim slot?
Hey there, I got a Samsung galaxy s4 lte a e330 L. What lte networks does it run on? I can't get lte on my phone and I can't even get network mode option, which is the option to toggle between 3g and 4g etc. I'm on 3 network in the UK, the phone is on kitkat 4.4.2.

I have a Galaxy S4 (i337m) that i enabled AWS on. I used it in Chile on the WOM network without any problems. However, when I got back to Canada, I swapped in my Mobilicity chip and found it couldn't get a signal. Searching for networks did nothing as I cannot connect to CAN Rogers INC and a "Unregistered SIM" message appears. To the best of my knowledge, both WOM Chile and Mobilicity operate on the AWS frequencies. Is there an extra step required or anything I can do get it running on Mobilicity? Any help would be appreciated. :fingers-crossed: :fingers-crossed:
Does the mobilicity sim work in other phones?
Wasn't Rogers moving mobilicity customers to the Rogers network?

Yes, the SIM works fine on my S2 and G4 no problem. I know they're (Rogers) moving customers to their Chatr network, though I'm not sure if they will still be using AWS. Maybe that has something to do with it. The phone is originally from Rogers.
Rogers has never used aws and I doubt they will in the future.
I have a very interesting question about using the AT&T variant of this phone on the T-Mobile network. As you may have noticed, AT&T is finally offering Wi-Fi Calling on their network, and this phone is compatible with such feature. My question is:
Does the T-Mobile Wi-Fi calling work on the AT&T variant of this phone?
Does the AT&T Wi-Fi calling work on the T-Mobile variant of this phone?
I'm on the T-Mobile network, and I'm considering getting the AT&T variant, but I'm not willing to give up this feature.
