They're in /system/media/ringtones . Make sure you mount system as r/w on the sidebar of ES and back up anything before you change it. They're in ".ogg" format.

It's in framework-res.apk, if you don't find it in /data... I ran the apk through APK Manager - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=695701&highlight=[TOOL] myself. You can also do it more 'manually', of course.
Thanks

I was messing with permissions of apps in Root Explorer and found a check box saying 'Sticky'. What it does? Will it stop the app from being killed when RAM is cleared???

Connect ur N7 to ur pc then go to clockworkmod folder then you'll find the backup folder. I'm pretty sure they can be transfered to a mac as the backup is just a folder.

Hi, when I use ES File Explorer with root settings and view hidden files enabled, I don't see that folder. Is there any reason why I can't see the folder?

Hi I am having problems transferring files from my local storage to an external sdcard using 3rd party apps such as ES File Explorer & FX File Explorer, it would seem there is a new restriction for android 4.4.

Try this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2607215
Or just update ES... They fixed it.
