1.- Wipe data / factory reset (mandatory if you coming from STOCK OR 4.2.X version or another ROM)
2.- Install the Main ROM
3.- Install gapps
4.- When you're back on recovery go to Advanced
5.- Wipe Dalvik Cache
6.- Fix Permissions
7.- Wipe Cache Partition
8.- Reboot

- Download the latest build of Resurrection Remix ROM
- Take a nandroid backup
- Flash ROM using ClockworkMod recovery

Has someone already tried the rom? And are there any feedbacks? I would like to get some results of your tests, because only if its working minimum ok, I will release a new rom thread. Many thanks to @waihung0626 who did first tests and helped me out, because I do not own that mobile of my own and he confirmed that the rom is working, so please go ahead and give us your opinions !

Yes many thanks for your report....and a new version will be available soon....so please stay tuned . After building it for S1 and its uploaded, I will start with vibrant version...
I noticed that the incoming voice is a little bit unclear. I'm using a Bluetooth headset and I don't know if it is a ROM, kernel or a modem issue.
Edit: Voice from Bluetooth headset is very loud and unclear independently of volume adjustment. I tried two devices (Jabra and Plantronics) with the same result.

I'm on 5.0.2.1. No issues so far. The ROM is stable and fast. No FC. Even the GPS works after DS. Only the incoming sound quality can be improved. I'm ready to test a new build

Is this built from the tree or another i9000 port.
Its a build from original Resurrection Remix tree/source code.

My video recorder is not working. Is it a ROM issue or only mine?
I noticed the same issue but after flashing the big mem libs from kasper the problem is solved. Not sure whether this is working on your rom too, but its worth a try !

- fixed the low storage notification
Trying the latest (12/1) build for a few hours, I observed the followings:
Cellular networks in settings cannot be opened.
Layers manager works.
Fallen shadow kernel works fine on this rom.
Xposed also works on this rom without any problem
The rom is smooth and rather fast.
Besides cellular networks, it seems that almost everything works properly.
Battery life needs further observation.
This build is much better than the first MM build of this rom.

I like layers.
Therefore I always on aosp based roms with layers.
Trying the latest (14/3) build for a few hours, I observed the followings:
The rom is smooth, rather fast and stable.
