Hi,
Look HERE
You can try a program called ROM Toolbox. It will give you the options to change any icon on your task bar. It also has boot logos and other stuff but i think your phone has to be rooted to use it.
Thanks for the replys guys but im trying to make an xposed mod..so I litterally need a guide to remove the actual % sign..and mod the data signals too

Hi guys. My data connection is constantly active as if I'm constantly downloading something in the background. The H+ signal is always lit up. It's been like this for a full day now without ever going off and it's killing my battery, and as far as I am aware, I am not downloading anything.

Ever consider disable mobile data?
That wouldn't be of any help whatsoever considering I need my mobile data lol. If anyone can help me out I'd be very grateful.

Disable it and enable it again to see if it stops. If it doesn't, follow the Fast Dormancy guide the user above just posted.
Disabling apps constantly syncing may help ...
Disabling fast dormancy won't help if your carrier doesn't support it ... if it does it may i don't know about that ...
Thanks guys. When I turn off my sync I've still got a constantly active data connection, it's bloody annoying lol.

Are there any mods?
The stock one doesn't look good, especially with little or no signal, the background is too light!
If we could have it with just bars showing where there is a signal and nothing when there is no signal it would be great! Better would be actual signal reading in -dBM!
There is always the Ultimate online kitchen BUT! I'm not sure if it works with 4.3 yet.

Rom Toolbox Pro has a great selection however they don't take effect. Presumably this doesn't work with 4.3?

The ROM seeing had not been added yet. There is an Xposed module that will add the speed indicator.
or you could wait for @bajasur to add the feature back into the rom, which knowing him wont be long.

Took me a little bit to find it the first time as well. I guess they put it there because that menu deals with the battery. I initially looked through the Display menu to try to find it.
