Hi all,
when I long press end key hard button on the LEO with an android rom, appears a menu with some choices, such as turn off, reboot, and so on ...
what's the name of the app that load that menu?
I think it's the launcher in use with the build, but I'm not sure ...
Can someone confirm my opinion, or can tell me the name of the app that loads that process?
Regards

ok, thanks for the reply but I'm sure 100% that there is no app with this name in my MIUI build
so ... other possible names?
thanks
solved!
ok, I found the answer ...
it's not an apk, but the android.policy.jar (and others?) file under the framework folder

Changing this thread to HOWTO
Instructions:
1. Phone must be rooted
2. Deodexed ROM is a must
3. Download the edited android.policy.jar from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1112991 (it would be the latest update on the the thread. Check the first page.)
4. Paste the file using root explorer in system/framework.
5. Restart your phone.
*** If you would want to revert back to the old glass screen, make a backup of the android.policy.jar.
Sorry i pressed the wrong button. Can somebody write up a guide on how to integrate the vanilla lockscreen to any theme? This will greatly be appreciated.

So if i just replace the android.policy.jar , the lockscreen will change even if i dont follow the steps from the deodexing thread?
You need to deodex your framework, otherwise you can take risk by replacing the apk and deleting the corresponding odex file and reboot and hope that it will boot. Then report here, it will help others also. Just kidding, I have not tested this on non-deodexed framework. But this is the way to do it and theoretically it should work.

For deodexed jus replace d android.policy file, right?

Are you missing other LG apps or just Capture+?
Go to settings , second screen, click the option where it says when main off (you'll see 3 horizontal dots), then find one of the options you do not want and click the gear icon and you'll get the option for capture+

Hello. I would like to know if there is an available ROM that has auto call recording enabled. It's the only feature that I care about. This problem with call recording and Android 10 is very stupid. Can someone please help out?

Hi, i don´t think there is a custom Rom available yet. Best alternative is to enable call recording button using cscfeature.xml in System/product/omc/...
Code to be added:
<CscFeature_VoiceCall_ConfigRecording>RecordingAllowed</CscFeature_VoiceCall_ConfigRecording>

I would like an automated way if possible. It's important for my job.
Rom for (A40)
Well, soon i will release rom with this feature.
Hi,
How the code can be added to the cscfeature.xml whilst it isn't a text-plain file?
Please suggest

You have to root your phone and manually add that line of code to the bottom of that section with a text editor. I used QEdit in the past
Thank you for your reply, I appreciate it.
But..there is a hesitation:
My A40 is already rooted and the file contains hashed content.
Have a look, please.
What's wrong..?
