Is there any roms for s4 that is like stock jelly bean that has the notification bar the same as stock rom. And can move apps to sd card?

Was wondering if anyone had a aosp lockscreen mod for stock roms? Im running forcerom and really will be perfect with an aosp lockscreen.
Check out Holo Locker in the play store, same thing as AOSP basically.
