Hi I don't know what happened to my nook simple touch but it seems only less then half screen is working. I gave it someone else when it came to me the screen said battery too low to power on. So I charged it. Now it's working as I can see screen śaver but nothing else.
I even tried opening it up and reseating the display but it is still same. Any help would be appreciated.
It appears that the person that you lent your nook cracked your screen, you will have to buy a new one or get a new Nook Touch.

}
I removed the broken screen and i replaced exactly like this video

Now the LCD is 100% working but the phone is no more tactile
I wonder why... i think i've done all correctly.
If the LCD works, the thouchscreen should works too??! it is the same wire isn'it ?
Do you have any idea to fix it?
Hello
today I made a call and during the call the screen was somehow changed. I do not know what it is. I even dont know whcih app could cause this. Yesterday was everything ok and I didnt install something what could cause this. The worst thing is that when I wanna put some numbers (e.g. for automat) the keyboard does not work, nothing will appear ( Any advice??
This is how the screen look like (sorry for the small size I have no more power to retake it)

So I dropped my nexus 7 and cracked the screen. My friend dropped his in water and it wouldn't turn on. So I bought his wreckage and put his screen (LCD + Digitizer assembly) on my tablet, and this is what I got:
{
"lightbox_close": "Close",
"lightbox_next": "Next",
"lightbox_previous": "Previous",
"lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.",
"lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow",

"lightbox_download": "Download",
"lightbox_share": "Share",
"lightbox_zoom": "Zoom",
"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the screen, and it's the same. Any suggestions on what could be the cause?
Thanks in advance!

The screen doesn't appear to be your problem. Motherboard issue is more likely, either a faulty connector or failed GPU. What happens if you put the S4 into download mode or recovery?
My headphone jack was acting goofy so I used some good contact cleaner on it. It worked a bit, so I decided to use more.
Unfortunately I must have gotten some into the screen area.
I can turn my phone on and it works, but it looks similar to this guy's phone:

}
I've got the phone off and sitting under a heat gun now (at a distance, it's only getting to ~110deg F) and am hoping that'll do the trick after an hour or so. Any other advice? I'm really hoping I don't need to replace the screen because of this.
Thanks guys
