Same here. By the time I picked up my black case for it, you wouldn't even know anyway.

Look a button on last photo, its a pebble blue. Thats how pebble blue looks in darker light.

It's like the "gunmetal grey" rumour that floated around earlier, turned out to be just pebble blue in certain light. I doubt they'd release black this late if they ever planned on it.

I have the purple one with otterbox commuter (black one) so honestly you can not tell the difference

Pebble blue is sexy. When light reflects upon it, the beauty of the colour is brought out even more. I love my pebble blue S3

I was pissed off that they didn't have black but now I am glad they didn't. I love the blue but never would have realized it if there was a black model.

Pebble blue for me. Didn't want white. I'm happy

Depends on anyone likes, in my case I am tired of black phones, enjoying my blue S3.

Was a little skeptical on the pebble blue at first but love mine. Glad I got it over the white. The white looks a tacky personally when I've seen others using it.

I wouldnt trade my Pebble blue for a black. Maybe before I saw the blue in person and had a choice I would have prob went with black but not after having the blue

I just wanted to say how happy I am I waited for the black color to become available. And by waited, I mean bought a blue then a white and now my lovely black. I definitely like the black the best

I saw it a few days ago in the shop and I have to admit it looked gorgeous and much better than the blue one. I also noticed the plastic on the edges is a fraction of a millimeter higher against the glass, I guess they did some minor revisions on the manufacturing.

Bought one but reverted back to the white. Couldn't stand all those fingerprints. Even the slightest specks of dust were visible too.

It IS gorgeous...got mine via expansys a few days ago. Not that this should be a reason to love a phone but have had several people ask if this is the galaxy s4 lol.
Because of the amoled tech, if you disable the wallpaper using apex or something, the blacks of the screen are so deep that it looks completely seamless the frame/bezel. Currently rocking a minimalist white icon dock and it all looks very slick.
Highly recommended.

I waited very very long too only to grt it in black.i generally have always black phones i love the dsrk style but on the s3 it looks georgeus.
It makes the s3 look like a alien weapon

LoL that's a blue with a black cover.

My Pebble Blue looks very similar to that. I've got a black cover on the back of it and it's hard to distinguish both! Quite interesting!

No, it's black. The flash is messing with the picture. It does look a tad blue in the pic. I assure you in person the black is black, the burple and black look very different.

which colour would you choose

We see Samsung has released toooo many colours for S4, they are White Frost, Black Mist, Blue Arctic, Brown Autumn, Purple Mirage, Red Aurora, Pink Twilight, and UK carrier even customised Gold for S4.
Which colour do you like?

I just got the white version just because I think it dissipates heat better after taking high school physics (or perhaps this is just placebo)

I have took the black version
I had the white note 2 before, I didn't like its color
I think Samsung should stop using this color with high performance devices, unlike other low specs devices.
But for that heat issue, I think white color will do a great job, not like that black oven I have and especially in summer time

My wife has the white sg3 and I'm not a big lover of the white used.
I have the black mist sg4 and really really like it much better, best of all its NOT pure black its got those nice little speckles and as bonus as already mentioned the sensors are somewhat hidden :thumbup:
P.s. I should also mention Voda. Australia only offers white or black.

I opted for the Black Mist version, simply because my SGS3 was in white. So, I wanted something different.

I have the black but I want the white. It's flashier and loons nicer with the case I have

I chose black. It's the least distracting and draws your attention right to the beautiful screen. It also gives the illusion of the phone being smaller than other colors, especially white.

I really like S4 Black Mist, its not really black, but it does show finger prints quite well. The white it doesn't seem to show them as much?

I got white frost and really like it, even the contrast to the sensors looks nice.
Got a black i9100 before that looked really awful compared to the white ones.
With the shiny back cover of the s4 this effect is even bigger on the s4, so go grab a white one

White seems making the device looks bigger in naked eyes.. my 10cent.

Note 3 Actual Color

For those of you who have or have seen the note 3 in person. Can you confirm if the black version of the not 3 is actually black, or is it more like the s4 and looks more blueish?
The only reason I'm considering a white one is because I don't want a blueish phone like the s3 or s4.

I used one last weekend, very very black, no blue crap

Mine looks more grey on front top and bottom bezel.

I just compared mine with my "black" Mega 6.3 and a SGS2, The S2 is really dark black, the Note3 a tad lighter because of the brushed metal look and my Mega 6.3 is the same as a "black" metal grey S4.

I guess I'm getting the black one then. No offense to white, black phones are just sexy. I have the silver HTC one for T-Mobile and every day I wish I had the black one, every day.

I've had a white one since november and its been flawless. No case either. No ocd issues. Guess it depends on the environment. I also like the white because it shows of the size of your screen better. This is the first white phone I have had and was worried i might not like it but those worries disappeared as soon as i open the box.

Definitely white. I love my white G2, looks way more elegant and distinctive.

I've had the unfortunate opportunity of owning both a black, and a white one which I got to replace my old one. The white definitely looks better and you can't see the fingerprints, also it looks more "premium" according to my family members.

less fingerprints. Don't see much of other dirt stuff.
and best of all it looks different than all the blackies out ther.

Looked at both and I picked black I have had a white note 1 and note 2 so I picked Black this timeso I can't be ocd about the black line around the screen being noticeable on the white model. No regrets on picking black

I have a black one and my best friend got a white one. I dislike the black stripe between the bezel and the screen on the white one... but except that the white is more impressive and hides fingerprints perfectly also the screenprotector is invisible on the white... so if you like the color white all the way:good:

I keep a soft touch case on my black one because of the horrible fingerprint problem. So really it didn't matter to me what color I got. Case helps you to find the power key easier too.
