Pull the system ui from an older Eclipse that did not have the menu key... Than push it to system/app

Is there anyway to tweak the display so that we don't see the dots?

By "dots" do you mean individual pixels, or screen burn in?

Protip: don't bump your own thread literally hours after you post...
Not sure what you mean by "tweaks" but your screen is your screen, can't really improve that via software

Its has been a month now with this issue before that I never had this problem.
I do not know what has caused this,I enter the correct password it works for a while and the connection fails. I tried forgetting it and reconnecting, I have restarted my router numerous times still no luck.
