Picked up mine this morning. Only 16 GB in stock. Every store in my city (Halifax) had them (according to their stock), and I checked some other cities store inventory (eg. Toronto), and they had inventory as well.
$249.00 CAD / 16 GB. I asked and they had no information on when they might be getting a 32 GB version, and they told me they had nothing in their system for it yet.
For many users 16gb is enough anyway. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

I have a 32 GB iPad Mini as well (which I'm selling). I've used a total of 5 GB on my Mini, as I don't use it to store movies, or music. 16 GB for me is great, as I basically only use it at home with a variety of cloud services, and streaming to devices, so it works for me.

Sweet!
I like to keep all my music/video/images on my microSD. I can't forsee my 16gb internal filling up. What are you going to do with a whopping 32?

For anyone that's interested, here's a chart I snagged off Wikipedia showing the various model numbers of the Galaxy S III and the differences in them. As usual with Wikipedia, your results may vary
You can find a more elaborate comparison chart at http://pdadb.net/index.php?m=pdacom...and_dual-core_galaxy_s_iii_variants_-_updated

I have a 64GB in my I747 right now, no problem.
*edit*
Price just jumped to $350 The 16GB model is still only $259 though.
Newegg is selling this thing as a refurb for $275(tablet only) and $355 with keyboard. I'm new to this subforum and don't know anything at all about this tablet/hybrid/thingy. I own a Nexus 7 and love it very much, the build quality has been disapointing but the price was great. I really want a bigger tablet, and I'm very tempted to buy this thing. What are your thoughts?

Amazon has a brand-new 16GB for $279.99 and 32GB for $299.99.
Here's a sample of deals within the past few months.
This should give you an idea of the right price point for you.
The new price drop for the Nexus 5X for this Black Friday make it really tempting for me.
I have to say, since I installed a 64GB UHS-I U3 SDHC, installed squid CM rom and Kernel, I have al most zero complains on performance with this phone.
Should I sell my Moto X Play and get the Nexus 5X?
This is everything im going to sell:
