Only one question. With the option to flash an update.zip we can flash things like themes and mods, and generally, CWM flashables? If yes, should we rename them to "update.zip"?
It will help me a lot such a feature!

Thanks!!! Update.zip is an OTA update. I will add common zip flash. Use this only with twrp because surely you know the reboot problem of the cwm

If u refer to problem in cwm as rebooting and landing back again in cwm itself then cocafe provided another 'reboot_system_cwm.zip' in his cocore kernel thread. U can add that to ur toolkit and the problem is solved.

just to find out why it bootloops you could simply use the monitor tool provided with the android SDK
should give you more info as to why it bootloops

take a look at ramdisk give right permission for adb ro.debugable=1 someting like this in default.prop
0 to dissable 1 to enable debugging
make the boot insecure
also see if u have right usb.{hardware}.rc
