Please help sound recorder don't appear

Hello I bought a 7.7 galaxy tab and the sound recorder didn't appear.
If I go to system/app sound recorder.apk is there
How can I do to show it? It use android 3.2.
In the galaxy tab 7.0 plus didn't show too.

Samsung hub in custom stock rom

Hi everybody, I have installed the "cybdani 6.1 rom" in my GT-I9505 and now I cant use samsung hub is there any way to make it work again? Thanks for your answers

Guys, if you read a bit you will know how........
You need deodexed version of Samsung HUB and then copy&paste it into /system/app.
Restart your phone and it will be back in apps drawer....
enjoy
ps. look for my deodexed SuperSlim ROM and there is a "Removed Apps" package, deodexed Samsung HUB included..

It's not my fault that you have no clue what you're doing....
In order to use SAMSUNG HUB or any other SAMSUNG Thing, you MUST INSTALL SAMSUNG APPS FIRST!!!
Take the whole package:
- SamsungApps_J_Only.apk
- SamsungAppsUNA3.apk
- SamsungHub.apk
- SamsungHubUpdater.apk
- SamsungGames.apk (S-Health update is available)
copy & paste all of them into /system/app and restart your phone.
IT WORKS!!! I've tested it specially for you!!

I'm using mako 4.4 ported version and I am not able to see my pictures stored in bitcasa. I tried to erase cache, FC, even uninstall and reinstall an no succes.
Anyone could please confirm if this app is working in 4.4???
