The Phone is Not ready--can't send sms often times..Help!

Hi guys! I always have this problem when sending sms. I searched everywhere in this forum about this problem but there is no specific answer for this problem. Has anyone of you experiencing this problem too? I read that there is a compatibility issue? How true is it? I am from Philippines and there are no types sim cards here just different networks..
My current solution for this problem:
1. Go to Comm Manager and turn off the Phone for 10 seconds and turn it back again and try to send the sms after 15 seconds.
2. If the step 1 doesn't seems effective try to reboot the device and immediately go to sms and send your text message.
Is there a permanent solution for this?

Try another Radio ROM (see the wiki for a list of available radio ROMs).

Okay I have fixed mine. I tried all versions but only version 2.30.21 of Radio ROM only fixed my problem. Thanks guys for all the help.

I've also had this problem but only with some ROMs. I found that I had to reboot the phone to get a text to send and sometimes the phone was unavailable for voice calls. I have just changed from 2.47.21 to 2.69.21 and can send texts again, but if that doesn't fix it permanently will downgrade to 2.30.21 too.

I'm still having problems with this. I changed to 2.69.21 Radio ROM and it seemed ok, but not for long. Then I changed to 2.30.21 and it seemed ok, but only for a while. So going to try another Radio Rom and if no better try a whole different ROM (possibly Korand 2.6) and see if that solves it.

Could you please anyone explain to me wat's the difference between Radio Rom & Normal Rom.
i used to find Radio Roms... so is it compatible with my jamin or not. does it have any advantages!!!

Radio ROM - Radio firmware
Contains the all of the drivers for radio equipment (WiFi, Phone, Bluetooth...​ROM - Main OS
Contains Windows.​
Both are device specific. Do not flash something not intended for your device!

I recommend you try some
My favourites at the moment would be:
Cloudyfas Build 19213 ROM
Gullums Throttle IV
Cloudyfas Build 19701 Full edition

Mr. l3v5y i tried Cloudyfas Build 19213 ROM as you advised. It was really amazing in the beginning. Suddenly, 2 days later the mobile's signal decreased to be zero & a message showed up says "the phone is off. Turn it on and try again" asking me to enter such as code. After trying many codes i tried to press CANCEL. The message disappeared but the signal didn't get back.
However, I couldn't reach to Phone from settings cause it force me to enter the code.
I downloaded to ROM one more time but no benefit.
What's the problem with it?

I couldn't see a general Q&A thread.
So here it is.

Regarding T3320.
Its been almost a year, since I have purchased this HTC Touch 2 (T3320 edition).
Lately I have been experiencing a lot of lag on my device.
It hangs a lot. When I open to check the inbox, or when I want to dial a number, dial as in actual dial a no. not saved, it hangs for arnd 30-40 seconds on tht screen.
Its frustrating, as even a software named "cleanRAM" doesn't seem to solve the problem.
I need some solution to this.
Flashing ROM's is a option, I am aware, but seriously, I dint find a custom/cooked ROM worth flashing.
If u guys could provide me a good ROM, please let me no if it can work with T3320.
As most of the ROM's here are for T3333.

Hey Friend,
All the ROMS for T3333 will work perfectly with your T3320 just forget the camera app If u want a good rom just press the search button...
you will find many....
P.S. You can also check out my Virgin Rom V1.01 pure stock english rom. I dont claim it to be best but you may try for yourself

Mine worked perfectly after I have flashed stock rom but now again I have flashed MiUI 8 for it.
May be you have been using over charging.

I have flashed a stock ROM on my mobile phone with S/N: HB0M78ZW(10). its a dual sim. Previosuly I have rooted the phone and put back to original state (unroot). I am not sure if I flashed the correct version/baseband (if there is) as right now even though I turned the mobile data in the settings I cannot see any display on my screen that I am connected to it. Worse is, my network signal is on the maximum level and I cannot receive and make outgoing calls as well.
Can someone help me to solve this problem? or can some of youu tell me what is the problem? As I already tried to reflash with other version of ROM and just last night my phone got updated to S036_160822.
I don't need an updated rom I just wanted my phone to work correctly as I bought it for the first time. and I don't know which stock rom should I download as I am seeing a lot of it in the internet.
Question:
1.Did I flashed a wrong baseband?
2. If I will file a complain to lenovo and have it warrantied will they be see that I flashed or roorted my phone previously on my own?
I hope someone will help me on this as I am desperate to solve this problem.

You said display isn't working. Please be clear.

what do you mean by "display not working?" , you said touch is working how did you confirm ? be specific.

if your bootloader is unlocked then warranty gets void

[A452] [MIUI v8] MIUI GLOBAL 8.0.2.0

MIUI v8 for ZTE Blade A452 (Global 8.0.2.0 version)​
Hi everyone!
This is (i think...) fully functional MIUI v8 for ZTE Blade A452. According to my research, it's first working custom ROM for A452. And to be clear, I didn't port this ROM at all, I just patched Blade X3 ROM to work with A452. The biggest issue was camera. Front camera was up-down flipped and the rear was dead. I managed to fix it by replacing some libraries.
Instalation:
Flash TWRP Recovery onto your device (link to TWRP below)
Wipe device
Install the ROM by installing .zip package
Wipe the device again
Reboot and enjoy !
The device may hang in welcome creator, but just keep resetting it until you finish the creator (I'm working to fix it)
Despite first-use troubles, whole ROM work flawlessly, in my opinion a lot better than stock one.
If you found any bugs, please write a comment with description and I'll try to fix it ASAP.

Yes i already tried it didn't work, still apears unknown baseband and imei number, btw this phone is the same a452 but it is made here in portugal by a portuguese company called "Nos" here they changed the name of the phone to "Nos Five Dual Sim".

Hmm, maybe that's the problem. I'll try to fix it as soon as possible, do you have full backup of your ROM? If yes, try to full restore ROM and check for baseband version

First thank you very much SP2FET,
I am using the rom you patched, its working great, thank you for that.
I also lost the Imei for both SIM . I have already tried to restore the NVRAM and AT command using MTK engineering but it fails showing a warning sign after sending the AT comman. The above link you wrote asks to put the stock rom again and to delete the partition. I am trying to restore the IMEI without having to put back the stock rom.
according to this thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2269740, it was the soft imei that was lost, and probably the hard imei stands.
In the mean while if anyone has a solution please share it.

Solution to the lost IMEI
I was able to solve the lost by creating a IMEI.bak with Mobileuncle MTK IMEI Write Tool and restoring IMEI using MobileUncle Tools .

Hello i instal the rom but the phone dont reconize my sims card . do you have a fix for this ? thanks

I can't change the wake up display...every 5 seconds its close the display..and also it's quite hard to scroll down the notification bar....otherwise the ROM is great and smooth

When I was downloading apps from playstore, it's cancelled by itself after the screen goes off and i have to redownload the apps again........how to fix this?

hello Andre,
this is the problem described as loss of IMEI by installing a new rom. There are many ways to fix this, I posted one solution above. Your best bet is to flash IMEI using a flashtool, can be tricky because you need to install proper drivers.

Yes I did...and I cant find the setting to the wake up display time...also all of the apps didnt show the notifications unless I open the apps itself...it was so slow when it loading the notification...example, I opened my whatsapp then suddenly a message that should appears an hour before just popped up when i open the apps....and i did everything u told me....
