3Minit Discussion thread. Updated to v3.2 today (8/13/13).
Just wondering where the 3Minit thread went and has anyone got 2.6 to work?!

Yep... took Sac's v3 rom, used the 3minit MF8 2.6 framework as a base and replaced files in apps folder and framework folder with equivalents from the v3 rom... Thanks to Sac's hard work, we now have a 3minit 2.6 working framework! I have found removing the 3minit Settings APK before flashing the new framework to be key. I was happy to pay for the 3minit app. But now I have to donate to mr. sac...

Hey man just wondering...when I flash the file you gave me it makes 3Minit work but then when I hold the power button down my phone freezes and restarts. I have to reflash the extended power menu to regain functionality of the power button....and then after I do that the extra 3Minit stuff does not work anymore.
Also noticing that now under my device in settings I have three new things in there, both of the CPU settings force close and in the ROM Control everything is greyed out lol.

If you really want this program, just load sac v3 or wait for v4. It is a great ROM and this app works perfectly.

Might have knew about already but I sure didn't. But here is my combo that in all honesty I think is way better than 3Minit (although I do hate the reboots in Nottach lmao -__-):
Xposed Installer with the following modules: Nottach, Multiple Widgets on Secure Lockscreen, XQuick Settings and XThemeEngine. It can do basically everything 3Minit can, PLUS more.
PS- Anyone who uses ANY of the Xposed Modules... THIS is an amazingggggg thread!!
Im using Nottach xposed with the new negalite rom, its a bit buggy, certain things I choose dont change or they dont stick when other changes are made

Like what? Could be the ROM though.
I used to use Nottach all the time before I found out about 3Minit... but now I might be heading back to good old Nottach.

When making changes do certain things like quick bar color for example, are you switching it to ON from OFF? If you don't it will tell you that you made a change and you need to reboot but nothing will happen unless you switch the option to ON when the color wheel pops up.

I'm always used to using the volume buttons on my phone to change tracks but I can't do it on my S4 unless I flash a custom non touchwiz rom. Which I dont want tondo because it'll delete all the touchwiz features on my S4. Is there any way to change my music tracks using the volume or home button?

Sorry there's no way to do this on stock, that is why I'm running CM10.1 which can do all that you are talking about and more.
Will the features from roms such as CM 10.1, AOKP & PA be available on a custom Touchwiz rom?

you CAN in fact do it on a stock rooted rom.. if u don't know how to do it simply say so. but please don't mislead someone. to do it, just install xposedInstaller 2.1.4, and xposedtweakbox 1.4.0 then go to the misc section of tweakbox, enable it and then reboot.
Thanks!! Just what I was looking for.

Sorry guys I honestly thought there was no way, while I was on stock I was looking for an iron but I couldn't find it...
I installed all the software and followed the steps above, however PowerAmp still would not change track with the volume keys held down when the screen is off.
I'm using WanamLite Rom.
Hello,
me neither. I also tried the two apps, mentioned above, but won't work at all
hope someone will find a solution in the future

No, it's framework, not a kernel. Also you shouldn't have problems if your rom is aosp and deodexed.

I think WanamLite is based off the stock Samsung firmware and framework. I don't think it's AOSP and I don't know what de-odexing is, apologies.
Just install Headset Button Controller from the market.

Ya I tried the 2 apps u posted didnt work after rebooting twice but unchecked/unmodified everything that "I" checked/modified in the module except the volume then did a soft boot and that worked. idk if it was just all the thing i checked/modified or the soft boot or it just needed a 3rd reboot
It will also give the effect of CRT on i9500 & I9505 again?
Or is this no longer possible in the Stock Samsung Rom?
No longer possible. All functions related to CRT effect have been removed from both framework and low-level libraries.
Simply forget it from now.
=(
Just give it a few more months. That's what they said with Galaxy S3 before, then after patiently waiting someone finally got the CRT-Off Mod working for both ICS and JB!

Some one? Do u mean this thread?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1935588
It's different storry. That time, everything was inside, but not used. Now everything is eliminated.
Although, it's possible to emulate it by pure android app like "Screen off and lock". The only problem - app won't provide effect if you are on lock screen. Probably, with further framework patching it should be possible to accomplish.
why would they remove it !??! instead of adding stuff they start removing them !

I still have S3 and will try to port this mod to S3 when 4.2.2 will be official for both GT-I9300 and SHV-E210K and kernel source code will be updated. Exactly at that time both my S3 phones will migrate to 4.2.2.

Hi guys,
I've seen a lot of users homescreens with custom status bars etc, on their Note 3.
Now, when I try (I've got Xposed Framework and i've tried various modules incl but not limited to Wanam Xposed,) nothing works or changes.
I'm running Omega Rom V2.1 on my SM-N9005.
Does anyone else have the same issue? Or is it just that I'm a tool?
I just want to say, by no means am I a "noob," I just haven't been following developer news etc.
One love guys,
Cheers

I have created here a cool mod for our N5,
with this you can set the processor clock (with Stock Rom KTU84P or KTU84M).
Odex and deodex version online.
A huge thanks goes to Pandemic (HowTo) and ZN6 (because of the required apk's).
With both consent, I have created a version for our Nexus 5 with 4.4.3 and 4.4.4 Stock Rom.
Odex and deodexed versions.
With this mod, it is possible to adjust the CPU clock and view the CPU statistics.
Without custom kernel!
Don't forget, credits goes to Pandemic and ZN6, for their work.

Yes sir, installed some of the drivers, mtk droid tools etc etc. Started the program and then got the dreaded blue screen. It may not be mtk droid tools itself it could've been something else.
Yes, if you could upload the one you use along with everything else that is needed. I lost everything cause I had to reformat. I'll try it again. Thank you.

Tried to download and even google drive says that theres a virus in it......
it says:
" Sorry, this file is infected with a virus
Only the owner is allowed to download infected files."
Exposed works on the vivo air you just have to go into settings and check " disabled resource hooks ". As far as gravity box goes there is no aosp Roms available for the vivo air that I know of. And as far as Recovery's, supposedly some people have had mounting problems with twrp but it's the only recovery I've used since root and haven't had 1 problem. Made backups to flash drives using otg, restored them, everything pretty much possible of doing on this device has worked perfectly
the original Firmware installed on BLU vivo air is the AmigoOS... and AmigoOS have the AOSP KOT49H as Base... soon the Gravity Box Should work without problems... but i already tried and it is partial... and start make a Glitch problems on this Sh## named AmigoOS
