I restored my phone and flashed CM10.1.2 with 4.2.2 Gapps, cleared caches and rebooted. I keep getting stuck in a boot loop with the CyanogenMod circle spinning. I also tried with PA3 with its Gapps and same deal, I got stuck in the boot loop with the shark changing colours.
What do I do?!??! This makes no sense. I am rooted, installed BusyBox and have TWRP flashed.
Help....
This has been going on for like 3 days now.
Format data too. I know it sucks but its what you have to do.

I believe so. How come the WiFi bars are not blue?
That means Google has not synced yet, but you still have network.

4.4.3 is coming this month, it's mostly bug fixes.
You should be more excited for 4.5 (Lollipop) which is coming this year.
Looks good. But I'm also curious about this Lollipop mentioned. Confirmed?

Sorry guys. Have been super busy. I'll be going out of town soon for a while. When I get back I'll give a try.
I'll keep ya posted.
So, if you're rooted, you won't get the update? I got 4.4.2 while rooted.
--=={BSnapp} ==--
Huh? First I've heard of it. I got mine with 4.3 and the 4.4.2 update came like a day later and I updated while un-rooted. But I know that it won't work if your rooted.

rooting alone has nothing to do with getting, or not getting updates.
I went from 4.3 to 4.4.2 rooted, and everything.
What matters is things like /system changes, recovery, and sometimes kernel (if it changes).
And even recovery is not really an issue (at least with twrp), you just boot into twrp, find the ota update in /cache, and manually flash it, clear caches, reboot, easy peasy.
As for /system changes, just flash a stock system.img, get the update, and you're golden.
Or you can just wait till someone releases a flashable 4.4.3 and use it.

Exactly what he said!
If it's not a build.prop edit, it's very curious and interesting. Maybe can you dump your ROM and upload it for inspection ?
It's a DEB device, so it sounds great
Thanks

Any chance you might flash the 4.4.2 factory image, then grab the 4.4.3 update again and pull the update URL from the logcat so we can all enjoy?

I flashed jasmine with flash fire . Then i had to flash a partial firmware with odin. After the flash I couldn't enter recovery mode to clear the cash and factory reset it wouldn't boot. So I had to flash the stock Verizon 5.0 rom to get the phone working again

Are you on 0B6 or 0F1.? Just root reinstall su and busybox . Once that's done download jasmine 6.1 and flash with flashfire. .then it takes a long time booting with 4 icons across screen. Be patient. Then you could have fun

davekaz, can you give me the exact tutorial you used to get jasmine v6.1 installed on the verizon note 3, my note 3 has the OF1 firmware, could you tell me what version of flashfire you used ? its bugging me that i cant get this installed, when some people can
