[Q] LG optimus l3 E430 wont boot.. HELP NEEDED

Recently(today) i rooted my phone with framaroot 1.9.1. i installed rom toolbox and the started to change fonts. i applied one font and then i rebooted my phone.but now its not booting up.ias i saw that it wont boot up i pulled out battery and rebooted.it loads lg boot logo and animation but it wont load homescreen.it loads endlessly.
i also tried to wipe data by buttons but when i get the recovery mode loading,it immediately reboots.also i know very little about unbricking android phone by pc.IF YOU CAN HELP ME I AM VERY GRATEFULL(hope thats how they write it)

and stay away from fonts and bootanimations in rom toolbox (alltogether preferably) awesome app but last screen causes more damage than anything else

Odin is only for samsung. For LG, use KDZ updater. You must download rom too. (Links in my previously posts) Not so difficult.

The link he posted is stock kdz for different countries.
Look for your country and your phone model and download the latest firmware.

Right click, properties, compatibility and check "run this program as administrator".

do i need to compress that .rar(kdz updater) into something else?
im runnin on windows 8 there is attributes but wheres compability?

Just unpack your kdz_updater package with winrar in a folder where you want to use it. I don't see anything about incompatibility with win8.

one problem remains
i press volume + and - and power button but doesnt go emergency mode

now i finished it.
i succesfully unbricked my lg thanks to kind people who knew how to do it.

to get out of that update, I had to flash cwm as recovery, and then flash a update from www.ztedevices.com

Download "Update package of Android GB for OPEN device" from this link and then flash it from recovery. You should be able to use your device again on 1.0

Well, if you installed this ROM then you should be able to root by this method and then you can install custom recovery.

that method for me as like asking me to make new window 11
the Q, why if i try to install any SD update it say signature failed?

[Q] Troubleshoot with Emergency mode!!!

Hey guys i have LG Optimus L5 E610V and i tryed some custom roms,but my SIM didnt work,so...i tryed to go back to the default rom of the home,i entered in Emergency Mode for this but now is stuck,and i cant go out!
How can i go back to normal with my phone,how to go out from Emergency Mode!

if u did just the combo to enter emergency, remove battery,wait..., and put again it in and reboot

I tryed! I let it with the battery removed like 1 night and next morning didnt worked. Please help me! I really need a fix.

try the firmware v20d+root+bootloader+cwm always throught kdz, it should boot if not try to enter into cwm included in this fimware.

[Q] Fixing the "Fastboot mode started"

EDIT: Please move to Q/A lg g2 sub
There are other threads how to fix this but people are having issues finding the right files or flash blindly whatever they see.
Inside this package is a roughly described tutorial on how to deal with it.
Simply get your files and place them inside this directory, once you extract it.
Contents of the zip:
-adb.exe
-AdbWinApi.dll
-AdbWinUsbApi.dll
-fastboot.exe
-readme.txt <- You need to read this before hitting RUN_THIS.bat
-RUN_THIS.bat <- it will flash your partitions back to the place
I will also update this thread with more links, pictures etc and provide support.

I am very thank you on this ..I am made the 1st step !It seems like i have a download mode now i quess..It flash ed but didnt check yet if its working .Now i am going to flash the kdz.i ll inform you .

been able to save friend's D802 this way few days ago, without needing to reinstall the rom again after that. it just booted normally right after this fix. (got no idea what he done to mess it up)

second: seems like you don't have fastboot drivers OR more likely the device isn't in fastboot mode.

No, I didn't . Seek Google adb drivers or fastboot drivera or pdanet adb driver on Google, install it. I won't ne available for the weekend so it's best you try it now so I can try to assist you.

i'll start from the begining, i've try to format the phone with lg flashtool and the process suddenly stopped. now the phone stuck in boot loop, start to at&t logo than after few seconds dim to black screen and go again ...
i can't enter download mode or recovery mode (factory hard reset).
so i try to fix the download mode with this guide...

[WIP] TMOUS LG G6 TWRP/Root Mega-Thread

I thought that we should probably get one thread going for theorizing/working on getting root on our G6's. I have already gone through the aboot with the latest update, and there is no way we can flash anything from there. Our best bet will be using the files autoprime supplied here.
I have no experience building TWRP if anyone would like to help with that. I'll gladly be a guinea pig once I find a way to get LGUP or a similar flashing option to work on the G6.
I also propose that all root bounty donations should go to the EFF once we achieve this.
To-Do:
Get LGUP to detect the G6 - DONE - Use the attached DLL file and follow the instructions below to enter download mode
Create test build of TWRP - DONE
Flash TWRP via custom *.TOT or *.KDZ (Priority)
Verify that we can flash an unsigned image in LGUP
Install supersu.zip

Unplug USB cable (if connected) and power off your device
Hold the volume up key and connect your USB cable

Thanks, I didn't see this. Researching how to make a custom *.tot file now. This is my first LG phone that wasn't a Nexus, so all this LGUP/FlashTool stuff is new to me

There is just absolutely no documentation on repacking a tot file. Lots of ways to extract them though. I could not open it for modification as a disk image or a compressed file

I only see that tool as a kdz extractor. Can it repack a kdz too, and if so how. Because if so we can replace the recovery.bin with maybe twrp.

There is a modified version in the thread for repacking, but hopping on the Github page shows that there is some hidden verification method in the kdz file that makes it fail. Still worth looking into, as this seems to be the best option.
I believe .kdz files have some sort of encryption, and .tot files do not
