Hi Pixelfreak
Thank you very much for your answer, but why are the other 4.2.2 roms for Galaxy S allso huge battery drainers and this one has huge battery life? I installed 4 other 4.2.2 roms on Galaxy S and the all used very much battery and all with the same clean installations. This one only used 15% of battery today. Something must make the difference, but I don't know what it is.

ahhh okay you have compared with other 4.2.2 roms for Galaxy S.
i think this rom have other settings (scripts) for background apps, network updates and display settings. this is what consumes much battery!!!
the standard settings is in all aosp rom´s the same. only small work on the scripts and rom system files make a better battery consumption.
Pixelfreak

Hi Pixelfreak,
I have reworked the build.prop from Slimrom. I copied the settings (sofar I could think that it would not harm the build.prop van Slimrom) in build.prop van Liquidrom to Slimrom 4.2.2. And guess what, battery consumption was today only 20% in 8 Hours. Offcourse I did not play with it. Just only for standby with WIFI. And that is great.
Only problem I noticed now is that Simcard is not recognised, so I think you are right that script and system files are making the difference. You make wunderfull roms, is it maybe possible that you take a look at te liquid rom and try to build one for HD2?

Hi all, I would like to know, if there's a finished project with HTC Sence 4 and ICS for HD2... Or any other Android 4 NAND version for HD2 that is the smoothest, fastest since now..
Thx in advance!

I've currently installed tytung's AOSP ICS ROM for HD2, I have some issues, but it's ok... Is there any possible way to combine Sense 3 - 3,5 with Android 4?? There are many new topics about Android 4 ROM's on HD2...
Thx again

As far as I know you can't just put Sense on an Android build, that simply isn't how it works (otherwise a tonne of people would have been doing it for a while now) and if you did manage to combine those, it wouldn't be usable with just 512mb of RAM anyway

The choice is up to you. My personal preference is CM7, but if you really want ICS then go for it I guess.
Its all based on what you want on your phone. Some people like sense, some like miui while others like cm7. Look at the videos on youtube and in the post of the ROM your looking at to try and get an idea of what you want on your phone. Not to complicate things but here is a list of around 300 Android ROMs for the HD2. Most are old but even many of the old ROMs still run great and are at least worth it to look at.
ok ty very much for the info!
I donwload AOKP for HD2 but not have a config for email ? (entreprise ou activesync) ! why ?
I'm using Tytungs CM9 ICS v1.5 rom as my daily rom. Had some problems initially (hot reboots once per day) but after upgrading CWM from 4 to 5.0.2.6 (not sure about exact number, the latest anyway) its been running smoothly with an occasional hot reboot. LOVE ICS, battery life is better than my old GB rom and data usage has reduced a lot.
It's no sense but you may like it
Sent from my A70S using XDA
Usefull info

Hi m8!!
at the present there's only one ICS Sense Rom cooking, you may find it here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1544930
But there is a great ICS Rom available (AOKP aka IceCreamTosti) which is very smooth and stable that you can try to flash:

Have a nice one!!
Cheers!!

If you have a I9505 look for CM or a AOSP rom for the clean look. Or try the new 4.3 Google Edition roms (based on leaks atm)
I already used FoxHound ROM, it's nice overall, but I personally preferred to keep using the 4.3 (almost AOSP). Well depends on your opinion, FoxHound is very beautiful and also has some nice features, also it's based on TouchWiz, if you like it I think it's a good ROM for you, but for people like me (who don't like TW) it's better to keep the GE

try and decide, no recommendation for rom, kernel,....
whatever you choose- I would not recommend using roms based on CM..
its still new and includes CRITICAL PROBLEMS (camera, FC's ect..)
I didnt like omega like you, and also tried Phoneix rom. However, this rom hardly gets updates (since the developer doesnt own the device) and i found this rom slowly..
Im using crash rom. fast ,smooth and good battery life.
I am using presus kernel. I find this the best kernel for now.
Thread closed as it will turn into a Best ROM thread.

CM12.1 V18.2 temasek - HELP: Battery Drain issue

Hi guys , i've just flashed my samsung note 3 to CM12.1 and i am experiencing huge battery drain issue.
Any kind souls over here to assist a newbie ?
So sorry to trouble.
Those AOSP ROMs will never give you as pleasing battery backup as TouchWiz based ROMs, but still first thing is, you need to mention what processes are sucking the battery life. Install BBS and mention here.

Use any TouchWiz stock ROM, or at least stock based ROM custom ROM. If you want a full featured ROM go for Arya, if you want a ROM as close to stock as possible then go with Alexender's stock ROM.
In any case, you do need to monitor what app/ processes are creating wakelock via Better Battery Stats.

Looking For A Stable, Stock ROM for Note 4

Hey all,
Bought a Note 4 for my mother recently and I'd like some suggestions on ROMs. I'd like to flash a stable, stock, de-odexed ROM that removed all unnecessary bloatware. I know there are a number of choices out there, but if someone who's had the Note 4 for a while could point me in the right direction, that would be great.
Latest stock rom is very stable, I just disabled the bloatwarez because I never rooted the phone.
Hi.
Just try this one. It's not stock at all, but it's' probably the best Note 4 Rom over here. Big community, responsive developer, great features and amazing battery life with the stock kernel that they provide.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4/snapdragon-dev/rom-kyubi-rom-note-5-t3220106
But, if you really really want to go stock , try Nameless ROM. Very fast and fluid ROM with great battery life.

Good luck.

I've noticed it's quite stable. Would be easier to keep the stock rom for her as it isn't mine. Is there a thread or page that lists out what apps are safe to disable on the Note 4 without causing issues?
