While the phone is turned on, so I just do not see the download mode ..

Are you having trouble getting into download mode or Odin will not see the phone in download mode?
If you need to get into download mode hold volume down and home buttons while turning device power on. If the problem is with Odin make sure all drivers are properly installed and usb debugging is enabled on the phone. You can check if phone is visible to ADB (if you have adb set upon yourcomputer) by going into terminal/command prompt and typing: "adb devices" (no quotation marks). A successful connection will give you a device id number on the next line after hitting enter. unsuccessful connection will either be blank or give an error.
Hope you can pull a little help out of this.

I'm already initiated .. I used to root and flash my i9003 but I want to know only if it's the same ? I mean using odin and that stuff !! also how to get into download mode

Nope, Samsung Is way much easier than the DHD....just read, search and then ask before going on

Download the advanced ace hack kit and read its manual. Don't use HTCDEV to unlock your bootloader that will only give you problems later.

Whenever i connect Samsumg galaxy Y to my PC.
My Device manager cannot open.
It crashes automatically every time.
What should i do?

If you mean kies having problem.. then uninstall and download latest version and install that..
If you mean settings in phone.. then go to cwm.. make a backup..
Do wipe data/cache.. if it didn't work.. restore your backup..
And please be specific on what you are asking.. otherwise we have to do guess work on what you are asking. And won't be able to help..

You should reflash stock rom. Find the appropriate rom of doky's thread. Its a sticky so you can find it on top of the developement thread. Then flash it through odin in download mode.

uhm. one last question though,
i was trying to install hyperion 8, but when i rebooted it, it just keeps displaying the hyperion logo again and again.
did i do something wrong when i installed it?

Any of those firmwares will work on your device, just install the most recent.
They will not break anything as they are intended for your phone.
flash with Odin, in the PDA section. DO NOT tick anything or change anything else.

Hey guys!
I'm not new to flashing phones, but now I'm facing a weird situation: I'm trying to flash TWRP and to root my phone (both via Odin). Odin says everything is OK, but it didn't do anything! It won't flash TWRP nor root my phone! I have no idea on what's happening!
I saw in a lot of places that I should have "OEM UNLOCKED", but this option isn't showing at my phone's "Developer options".
I am running the stock Android 6.0.1 for Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900MD. Could anyone, please, help me?
Problem solved by simply unchecking Odin's "auto reboot" option. ¬¬
autoreboot shouldnt cause any problems. all it does is tells to send the command thru the phone to reboot once its done flashing something. Glas to hear that you got it working tho!! Welcome to the forum! if you need help, just ask or if you find some new fun stuff to share with the community, please do that as well!!
