That article for gottabemobile is dated 29/04/13 and I think the news was posted elsewhere too.

Its also another android site that has posted it looking for easy site hits. The only evidence we have seen so far is the leaked butterfly rom and that some HTC people are testing 4.2.2 thats it. No release date no other leaks.
